About The Job

Louis Vuitton is seeking a full time In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Marbella, Spain.

This person will ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the VM for all product categories, with a business & commercial approach, while also being able to support the sales team if needed as a Client Advisor.

Job responsibilities

Interactions with Store staff and preparation of Product Zoning:

• Collaborate with the Store Director/Manager and Product specialists on Business issues (Sales trends, new launches, new collections) and on VM issues (permanent and seasonal VM guidelines),
• Elaborate the Stores Zonings for each product category (LG-Access, Shoes, RTW and W&J) in close collaboration with Product Specialists and the Store Managers, as well with Area & Regional VM if needed.
  
  

• Coordinate with Area VM and the local suppliers for the window and backlight installations,
• Manage the window product change for every rotation (:every 2 weeks).
  
  

• Prepare in advance the product list of the new products to display,
• Installation of products in the walls, on hangers or tables according to global guidelines and business strategies,
• Implement VM concept for events happening in stores and support events and product actions accordingly.
  
  

• Take photos of each and every wall (or hangers / tables) for each Rotation and report to Country-Area VM,
• Check sales performance and elaborate product zoning accordingly in collaboration with stores team and Country-Area VM,
• Share with stores team all VM implementations, collect and share feedback
• Share main directives with Client Advisors.
  
  

• Check permanently the maintenance and environment to maintain the Retail standards,
• Check that the lighting is always focused on products / Ensure products are shown according to LV standards (LG standards, Shoes standards, ironing, proper folding and mannequin set up for RTW… /Check quality of props and re-order when necessary, check the lighting and cleanness of the windows

• Visual Merchandising background: 4-5 of experience minimum.
• Experience with multicategory brands, including RTW.
• Proven track record supporting store business through VM.
• Languages: English and Spanish Fluent, other languages will be considered a plus.
• Availability to work 40hr/week and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar investigaciones y pruebas de usuario.
• Contribuir al desarrollo de conceptos y estrategias de negocio.
• Analizar y definir requisitos de usuario y de negocio.
• Diseñar y prototipar en Figma.
• Analizar el comportamiento de los usuarios con herramientas como GA y Hotjar.
• Colaborar en equipos ágiles junto a desarrolladores.
• Trabajar el 50% del tiempo en la mejora de onboarding y conceptos de entrenamiento digital.
• El otro 50% del tiempo, colaborar con el equipo digital para implementar mejoras en la app y nuevas funcionalidades.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Perfil del candidato

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en UX Design y desarrollo frontend.
• Experiencia en desarrollo frontend con TypeScript, SCSS, React, Next.js, React Native, Expo, GraphQL y Umbraco.
• Capacidad para transformar ideas en productos digitales.
• Entendimiento de infraestructura y herramientas como Azure, Azure DevOps y Azure .NET.
• Perfil creativo, proactivo e innovador.
• Mentalidad business-oriented, con capacidad para mejorar la experiencia del usuario y proponer soluciones comercializables.
• Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico e internacional.
• Inglés alto.

• Salario competitivo, hasta 45K según experiencia.
• Horario: Lunes a jueves de 8:30 a 17:00, viernes hasta las 15:00.
• Modalidad presencial en Marbella.
• Vacaciones: 22 días (las dos primeras semanas de agosto obligatorias).
