The role:

This is what you’ll be doing:
- Qualifying information gathered through outbound calls to contacts within the Building & Construction industry

- Conducting detailed and analytical Internet research to identify information.

About you:

- Good and confident telephone manner and investigative instincts are essential
- Experience of working within the Construction and/or Retail Industries would be an advantage but not essential
- Fluency in English desired, but not essential

We are seeking a Head of Strength & Conditioning to lead our Kinetix Physical Performance team. This is a unique opportunity to join one of Europe’s leading golf academies, working at the intersection of sport science, elite junior golf, and long-term athletic development.
As Head of Strength & Conditioning, you will:
- Lead and manage the Kinetix team, ensuring high-quality delivery across all student programs.
- Design and implement individualised strength & conditioning plans based on each athlete’s golf-specific needs, physical assessments, and long-term goals.
- Collaborate closely with our technical and mental coaching teams to ensure a fully integrated development programme.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans accordingly, and maintain detailed performance records.
- Foster a high-performance training environment with a focus on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and long-term athletic development.
- Play an active role in student mentorship and leadership of the physical development curriculum.
We are looking for:
- A passionate, motivated coach with experience in youth athletic development, ideally within golf or rotational/power sports.
- Proven leadership and program development experience within high-performance environments.
- An open-minded, adaptable approach to working with young athletes in a dynamic academy setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Relevant qualifications in Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Science, Sports Performance, or related fields (e.g., NSCA, UKSCA, CSCS).

This camp is designed for international students aged 13 –17 from various countries from all over the world who come to Málaga to study Spanish and take part in cultural activities. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and have outstanding skills for working with young people from diverse cultures.
About Expanish:
Expanish was founded in 2006 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From the beginning, the goal was to offer people from all over the world the opportunity to immerse themselves in Argentinian culture through high-quality Spanish programs abroad. Encouraged by the success of our award-winning language school in Buenos Aires, we expanded our services to Spain, opening new boutique schools in Barcelona in 2017, Madrid in 2021, and Málaga in 2023.

- Contract Type: Permanent intermitent, full-time, including weekends.
- Location: Málaga and surrounding areas
- Plan and lead daily recreational and educational activities in Spanish.
- Supervise camp participants to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
- Promote a positive and motivating atmosphere among campers.
- Collaborate with other monitors and camp staff to coordinate special events and excursions.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of materials and resources for activities.
