CX con experiencia en analytics

• Utilizar modelos analíticos para cuantificación de oportunidades.
• Apoyar cuantitativamente a los equipos de diseño, con el uso de datos de clientes, procesos, etc...
• Analizar de manera exhaustiva la información de cliente externo e interno, con datos de CX, de negocio, procesos, etc... para dar soporte a las distintas fases de definición, diseño, desarrollo y optimización, de manera uqe se adapten a las necesidades de los clientes.
• Realizar diagnósticos sobre resultados de estudios sectoriales/ad-hoc…sobre clientes, teniendo en cuenta el contexto de nuestra entidad y sus clientes

Buscamos un candidato con titulación universitaria y con experiencia en:



CX con experiencia en analytics

• Experiencia contrastada en aplicación de metodología Six Sigma o similar, con generación de insights y aplicación de soluciones para la mejora de la CX externo e interno, con claro impacto económico.
• Participación en proyectos de cuantificación económica del impacto del NPS.
• Participación en proyectos transformacionales.
• Experiencia y/o conocimiento del sector financiero y/o empresas de sectores altamente regulados (ej. seguros, teleoperadoras, etc...).
• O365 con aplicaciones colaborativas como Teams.
• MicroStrategy (o similar).
• Valorable: Herramientas de CX como Qualtrics/Medallia/Opinator, Copilot o similar.

Job Description

Our biggest Banking client has a young, agile technology team distributed across Poland and Spain, working on a green field project that has potential of revolutionizing how the Structured Credit business operates in Corporate and Investment Banking domain.

We are looking for a talented full stack Engineer to join client´s tribe in Warsaw, Málaga or Madrid Technology Hubs.

This position is to lead a squad as Technical Leader, so experience in team management and the ability to organize and guide team members is required.

Qualifications

Must Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in application development using Java technology stack
- Deep understanding of TypeScript and Angular framework
- Experience in using Spring framework
- Experience in using SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of the end-to-end software development process

Additional experience which would be appreciate it:
- Experience in implementing systems in microservices architecture
- Experience in creating components using Stencil
- Practical knowledge about test automation and testing in general
- Understanding of Securitization and/or other financial instruments

Soft Skills:
- Leadership and team management skills.
- High level of English and Spanish

SCIB CISO is looking for a Junior Java Developer for IAM Team based in our Malaga office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Junior Java Developer, you will be part of the team that develops, maintains an evolves an in-house IAM Software that helps managing the Authorization of several other applications used both by employees and SCIB Clients. You will be both developing new software and new infrastructure as well as maintaining the existing one and assisting on the configuration of the engine needed to service every app.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Design and Develop new functionalities for the Authorization Engine.
- Deploy, Manage and Maintain the core software and its infrastructure.
- Explore, Design and develop new pieces of software that connect our IAM Authorization Software to new technologies.
- Configure the Authorization Model designed to manage the applications onboarded in our Software.
- Assist the "Integration & Discovery" teams during the design of the Authorization Model.
- Help complying with Audit and SCIB´s internal security requirements.
- Assist during stress tests, Disaster Recoveries and other test.

EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience in development teams.

EDUCATION
- Graduate/Licentiate/Master in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar education.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- String experience in development teams using Java (microservices architecture, APIs), Spring Boot, Maven, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Stream, Javascript, SQL & Oracle databases, Framework testing (Postman).
