We are looking for a trainee to support the Global Procurement department, IT Category.

What Your Responsabilities Will Be

• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for IT products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Support the negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
• Help manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT procurement and supply chain management.
• Basic knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and telecommunications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
