For the role of Specialist Business Assistant we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The responsibilities include:

MISSION :
MARKETING
- Concevoir et adapter les outils trade marketing (PLV, leaflets consommateurs, supports promotionnels)

- Suivre et analyser les KPI marketing, avec la préparation de rapports mensuels

COMMUNICATION

POINTS DE VENTE

- Stimuler la rotation des produits en pharmacie par des actions ciblées de sell-out.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
De formation supérieure Bac +3/4 spécialisée en Marketing, Digital ou E-commerce, vous disposez d’une première expérience en entreprise, sur un poste équivalent ou en marketing. Vous êtes dynamique, curieux et savez faire preuve de créativité et d'organisation. Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, vous parlez espagnol couramment, et savez être pédagogue. Context And Mission
The Computer Applications in Science and Engineering (CASE) department is looking for student in computational physics, computer science, engineering or related fields to work in the BSC Fusion group (fusion.bsc.es) by a short period.
The BSC Fusion group aims to enhance modelling capabilities in fusion by code development, validation, integration and optimization, including the use of advanced HPC techniques. We work closely towards the objectives of EUROfusion (www.euro-fusion.org), the European fusion research programme for Horizon 2020, in collaboration with Fusion for Energy (F4E), ITER, International Tokamak Physics Activity, and the Spanish national fusion laboratory CIEMAT.
The candidate must have interest in nuclear fusion and optimization of codes.
The successful candidate will participate in the group's R&D activities within the assigned domain.

The selection will be carried out through a competitive examination system ("Concurso-Oposición"). The recruitment process consists of two phases:
- Curriculum Analysis: Evaluation of previous experience and/or scientific history, degree, training, and other professional information relevant to the position. - 40 points
- Interview phase: The highest-rated candidates at the curriculum level will be invited to the interview phase, conducted by the corresponding department and Human Resources. In this phase, technical competencies, knowledge, skills, and professional experience related to the position, as well as the required personal competencies, will be evaluated. - 60 points. A minimum of 30 points out of 60 must be obtained to be eligible for the position.
In accordance with OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for each vacancy at the beginning of the process. After reviewing the content of the applications, the panel will begin the interviews, with at least one technical and one administrative interview. At a minimum, a personality questionnaire as well as a technical exercise will be conducted during the process.
The panel will make a final decision, and all individuals who participated in the interview phase will receive feedback with details on the acceptance or rejection of their profile.

Ability to establish great relationships within the capital markets sector (Investment Banking & Private Equity , Real Estate)
Experience at engaging, presenting and closing next steps on client facing meetings
Proven track record in driving the full sales cycle from start to finish: cold calls, building pipelines and closing
Industry knowledge in M&A and/or Real Estate
Enthusiastic team player with good communications skills, hands-on mentality, strong engagement and motivation
Excellent command of Spanish and business fluent English required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Desirable: Industry knowledge in the areas of software, sales, SaaS
