For one of our pharmaceutical clients, RED Global is exclusively looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a team responsible for IT transformation in a GxP environment.

The ideal candidate would have experience in large and global organisations as a seasoned IT Project Manager. Our client is looking for someone who is adept at creating and improving upon existing IT Project Management documentation and methodologies in the organisation.

Our client is looking for a passionate, positive, and experienced Project Manager who brings energy to teams, is enthusiastic about modern project delivery, and is skilled in navigating and driving change management in complex environments.

The role would be offered on a remote basis but only open to candidates in EMEA. The successful candidate would need to be available to start no later than mid July 2025, with initial contract being on offer until the end of the year plus the option to extend for a further 12 months.

En HAYS, estamos buscando un/a Project Manager apasionado/a en entornos industriales y despliegue de soluciones software B2B, capaz de liderar un equipo de Project Managers, estandarizar procesos y garantizar la entrega exitosa de proyectos globales. Serás responsable de la gobernanza, planificación y supervisión del portfolio de proyectos, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.

Ubicación: País vasco, zona Alava

Funciones:-Dirigir la Oficina de Proyectos (PMO), definiendo estándares, procesos y métricas de seguimiento.-Gestionar y desarrollar un equipo de Project Managers, asegurando su desempeño y crecimiento profesional.-Supervisar el ciclo de vida completo de proyectos de implantación de software en entornos B2B industriales, garantizando entregas a tiempo, dentro de presupuesto y con la calidad esperada.-Asegurar una correcta gobernanza, gestión de riesgos, control de cambios y documentación de todos los proyectos.-Participar en la planificación estratégica del portfolio de proyectos y su priorización.-Fomentar la mejora continua en procesos y herramientas de gestión (Jira, Confluence, etc.).-Actuar como punto de escalado para temas críticos en los proyectos.

certificaciones ágiles (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).🌍 Inglés fluido, imprescindible para coordinar proyectos internacionales.🛠️ >7 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en despliegue de soluciones software para plantas o sectores industriales complejos.>3 años liderando una PMO o gestionando equipos de Project Managers.Experiencia en proyectos internacionales y trabajo en entornos multiculturales.Familiaridad con metodologías mixtas (ágil + waterfall).Sólido conocimiento y experiencia en herramientas de gestión de proyectos, especialmente Jira
