Como GERENTE, te responsabilizarás de:
- Dirigir tu tienda garantizando la estrategia comercial de la Compañía para
alcanzar los objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y servicios fijados, liderando un
equipo humano motivado y dinámico.
Para ello:
- Asegurarás y vigilarás el cumplimiento de la política comercial (implantaciones,
acciones, eventos, teatralización de las mismas y presencia del surtido).
- Analizarás y realizarás seguimiento del cumplimiento de las previsiones de la
tienda respecto a los criterios establecidos, proponiendo los planes de acción
necesarios para la corrección de desviaciones.
- Atenderás la respuesta a las sugerencias y reclamaciones de los clientes
realizando un seguimiento continuado de las mismas, con las herramientas e
indicadores establecidos para tal fin.
- Serás el Animador/a de tu equipo, garantizando un buen clima dentro de la
tienda, fomentando la opinión e iniciativa individual del equipo y asegurando
dentro de las secciones una comunicación regular y eficaz.
Si tienes:
- Pasión por el Cliente
- Experiencia profesional previa en puestos de responsabilidad en Atención al Cliente/ Sector Retail
- Capacidad analítica y visión estratégica para garantizar la cuenta de resultados
- Capacidad de liderazgo para gestionar un equipo de colaboradores

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead Singapore Airlines' sales efforts across the Iberian Peninsula.

- Identify new business opportunities and pursue growth with key accounts and new leads.
- Promote NDC adoption and ecommerce penetration across B2B and B2C channels, coordinating with HQ and digital marketing teams.
- Oversee contractual delivery including incentives and joint marketing initiatives to strengthen customer and agency loyalty.
- Represent Singapore Airlines at industry events, trade shows, and fairs to enhance brand visibility and business development.
- Resolve escalations and provide high-level account support as needed.Requirements
- Must have the right to work and live in Spain.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Airline experience preferred; prior managerial experience essential.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing complex sales processes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with agencies and corporate clients.
- Deep knowledge of the Spanish economy and market factors influencing travel demand.
- Familiarity with NDC and ecommerce channels to enhance direct and digital sales.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, effective in stakeholder management.
- High sensitivity to local market conditions and competitor activity.

- Fluent in English and Spanish
