Join Mercier Consultancy BG as a Dutch Business Development Representative! We are seeking driven and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about driving business growth and building client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Dutch market by identifying new business opportunities and engaging with potential clients. If you are fluent in Dutch, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen interest in technology and innovation, this is an exciting opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Dutch market through proactive outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and challenges
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies tailored to the Dutch market
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and client requirements
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Track all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in business development or sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of the Dutch market and local business practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
