Tu misión
Como BDR, juegas un papel clave en nuestra misión. Te asegurarás de que los negocios locales, desde panaderías hasta tiendas de barrio, se unan a Too Good To Go. Esto les permite ofrecer alimentos no vendidos a los consumidores a través de nuestra aplicación..
Un día típico podría ser algo así:
Comienzas tu día con una buena taza de café en nuestra oficina en Madrid o desde casa (si es uno de tus días remotos). Te reúnes con tu equipo para una revisión semanal, para compartir planes y celebrar logros. Luego, abres Salesforce, revisas tu pipeline y comienzas a hacer llamadas. Tu objetivo es hablar con entre 40-60 propietarios de negocios al día para entusiasmarles sobre Too Good To Go.
Cuando un negocio decide formar parte de nuestra comunidad, lo apoyas durante sus primeros 28 días. Te aseguras de que estén bien integrados, puedan ofrecer sus primeros Surprise Bags y aprovechar al máximo nuestra plataforma. Eres su primer punto de contacto y marcas una verdadera diferencia en su primera experiencia con Too Good To Go.
Entre tanto, actualizarás tu pipeline, seguirás tu progreso y compartirás ideas con tus compañeros sobre cómo mejorar. Y por supuesto, siempre habrá tiempo para un delicioso almuerzo o un descanso para el café en la oficina. Terminas tu día sintiéndote genial, ¡porque has hecho un impacto positivo!

- Have at least one first customer-facing experience (internship, summer job, or else)
- Like warm/cold calling - any experience in prospecting on a previous role would be a big plus
- Are fully bilingual in Spanish, to a level where you can successfully do cold calling in Spanish
- Have at least intermediate level in English

¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?
Ejecución de estrategias comerciales 🦾 🤓
- Asesorar y animar de manera personalizada a los futuros alumnos para que consigan sus objetivos.
- Mostrar cómo Ucademy les puede ayudar en este camino. Qué les va a dar y también qué les va a pedir (esfuerzo económico y de estudio).
- Trabajar tu cartera de alumnos interesados para conseguir el mayor el % de conversión de lead a venta.
- Ir más allá de las expectativas será tu prioridad, vas a analizar constantemente los resultados y estadísticas del equipo de ventas, ¡Porque lo que no se mide, no se puede mejorar! y tú cada objetivo lo vas a superar
- Trabajar en equipo para conseguir resultados colectivos 👨👨👧👧
- Vas a ser el primer punto de contacto con los alumnos, que seas seguro de tí mismo y no te quede duda que eres el mejor vendedor será el momento que lo demuestres.
