Main Mission
A Business Partner is responsible for driving the growth of assigned brands within their region. The goal is to develop salon businesses sustainably through a strong value proposition and solid relationships, while recognizing and seizing business opportunities by expanding and developing the region. To achieve this, you must ensure excellence in work methods and brand implementation, thereby attaining commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Development: Analyze client potential and identify opportunities for development and growth.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Identify new clients and business opportunities by leveraging our brands' potential. Oversee brand image in every area of the salon to elevate the consumer experience within a PPD salon and maximize their business.
- Plan Implementation: Develop and implement business plans, core pillars, categories, and launches.
- Strategy Execution: Execute the strategy defined by commercial management and corporate policies. Ensure compliance with Commercial Excellence guidelines.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients, adding value through your proposals.
- KPI Analysis: Analyze client KPIs to set objectives and establish action plans for business development using tools provided by the Division and the brands, ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Negotiation: Negotiate annual contracts, setting growth targets and monitoring client turnover in line with established goals.
- Data & Tool Management: Utilize business data and tools to detect opportunities and evaluate the profitability of strategies and activation plans.
- Digital Contribution: Contribute to the client's digital development by managing our brands' image on their social media using company resources.
- Training Responsibility: Responsible for the training of clients and their teams within the geographic area by activating necessary agents (educators, Access platform, etc.).
- Cross-functional Cooperation: Coordinate with different departments and brands to achieve the division's common goals, keeping the client at the center.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships and "conquest" opportunities through qualitative new client prospecting.
- Data Management: Ability to understand KPIs, analyze business opportunities, create data-driven value propositions, and provide qualitative industry data.
- Client Orientation: Ability to develop key accounts, build relationships of trust, and cultivate new opportunities.
- Business Insight: Ability to co-create business plans with clients, evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, and manage budgets.
- Soft Skills: Capacity to manage complexity, learn with agility, work in a team, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Residence in Castellon (mandatory)
