A Day in the Life

Desde nuestra sede en Madrid, te unirás a uno de nuestros equipos de Marketing o Comunicación. Formarás parte de un entorno dinámico donde la innovación, la estrategia y la creatividad son clave para dar vida a nuestras marcas y conectar con nuestros consumidores y audiencias clave.

• Estrategia de Marca y Lanzamientos: Darás soporte en la ejecución de planes de marketing y comunicación para lanzamientos de productos, creando campañas 360º y asegurando una ejecución excelente.
• Contenido y Redes Sociales: Colaborarás en la creación y adaptación de contenido para diferentes canales (redes sociales, notas de prensa, punto de venta), participando en la estrategia editorial y la gestión de comunidades.
• Relaciones y Eventos: Apoyarás en la gestión de la relación con influencers, medios de comunicación o agencias, y participarás en la organización de eventos para construir y fortalecer la imagen de nuestras marcas.
• Análisis y Reporting: Realizarás el seguimiento y análisis de las acciones, monitorizando el rendimiento de la marca, la cobertura en medios y las tendencias del mercado para proponer nuevas ideas.
  
  

We Are Looking For

Buscamos talento joven con gran potencial, espíritu emprendedor y ganas de generar un impacto. El perfil ideal:

• Está cursando un Grado o Máster en ADE, Marketing, Comunicación, RRPP, Periodismo o similar.
• Tiene la posibilidad de firmar un convenio de prácticas de 6 meses (900hs total) con una universidad española (título oficial o propio registrado en el RUCT).
• ⁠Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas a jornada completa 35hs/ semanales (L-J 9:00-17:30h; V 9:00-15:00h).
• Si es estudiante extranjero/a, cuenta con la tarjeta física de identidad de extranjero (TIE) en vigor, donde se indique explícitamente la autorización a trabajar.
• Posee excelentes habilidades de comunicación, redacción y storytelling.
• Combina la capacidad analítica con la creatividad para proponer soluciones innovadoras.

VIE Finance - CERAN

You will play a central role in orchestrating and optimizing key financial initiatives within L'Oréal. You will be responsible for driving strategic projects, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, and fostering efficiency in our financial operations. Your expertise will be crucial in realizing L'Oréal's 2030 financial vision, enhancing our systems and processes at a regional level.

Strategic Project Management: Monitor and comprehensively manage key financial projects outlined in the L'Oréal 2030 roadmap, ensuring their effective execution and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Leadership Of Key Financial Initiatives

• Client Hierarchy: Lead the initiative to align client hierarchies across different systems, ensuring adherence to group standards and policies.
• Price Harmony Central America: Direct the project to unify catalog prices across 11 Central American countries, aiming for regional standardization and efficiency.
• SAP NEO Preparation: Coordinate and monitor critical issues that must be resolved before SAP NEO implementation, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
• My Market User Simplification: Drive a 50% reduction of users on the My Market platform, mitigating risks and optimizing access management.
  
  

Financial Development and Training: Manage the "Finance Day" agenda and organize events to promote the team's financial Up Skilling, fostering continuous learning and excellence.

Financial Calendar Optimization: Lead the unification and optimization of the financial calendar, identifying and managing key dates to improve planning and compliance.

Platform Support: Manage users and address technical demands related to the My Market procurement platform, ensuring its correct functioning and user satisfaction.

• Financial and Process Analysis: Ability to analyze financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions.

General Description

As a member of the LATAM Operations Finance team, you will be responsible for spearheading and executing optimization projects designed to enhance efficiency and accuracy across critical financial processes. This role offers an opportunity to drive significant improvements in reporting, cost management, and financial planning, across the different Operations finance areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement optimization projects across various areas of the LATAM Operations Finance team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and supporting the finance manager of each area.
• Drive efficiency initiatives within the freight process, focusing on cost reduction and operational streamlining.
• Enhance manufacturing finance reporting capabilities, utilizing tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel/macros to improve data analysis, visualization, and actionable insights.
• Optimize Supply Chain finance reporting, with a focus on improving accuracy, timeliness, and automation for:
• Inventory and stocks management.
• Comprehensive financial reports.
• Profit & Loss statements (P&L / PIGS).
