Overview of the role
- Report to Cash to Accounting Team Leader
- In charge of operational accounting tasks for one group of entities: payment follow-up, bank reconciliation, daily cash reconciliation, Key controls preparation and foreign exchange reporting
- Interact with Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Treasury teams in the spirit of end-to-end process implementation.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures regarding Treasury and implement Group guidelines
- Participate in the implementation of Group, Local and Zone projects
- Ensure daily bank statement integration, posting & clearing (including D2C business)
- Prepare and document monthly bank reconciliation
- Ensure completeness of FX postings and reconciliation at month end
- Control PSP payment integration between systems
- Prepare dashboards for cash collection discrepancies to be sent to Local countries and IC
- Manage JE Postings in Blackline
- Data extraction & preparation of monthly Key Controls and KPI’s
- Agile & analytical mindset

General Description
The VIE will serve as a Strategic Bridge between Global Vision and Regional Execution, taking a leadership role in the regionalization of People Development offers within LATAM. Their mission is to master the complexity of a 360° HR role—balancing strategic design with operational implementation—to accelerate regional projects while developing the core competencies required of a future L'Oréal HR leader.
Strategic Leadership: Leading the regionalization of Global People Development offers to ensure corporate strategies are translated into local realities.
Operational Excellence: Managing the intersection of global standards and the specific needs of regional talent to maintain learning consistency across LATAM.
Professional Acceleration: Serving as a premier development track by gaining firsthand experience in both high-level strategy and fast-paced regional execution.

This role is essential for supporting our regional strategic roadmap while providing a high-impact learning environment for global talent within one of L'Oréal's most dynamic zones. Main projects : Regionalization of Global Offers , such as O+O Commerce and leading PDL zone animation; cascading and understanding best practices among our region. Our VIE will play a pivotal role in managing the regionalization of several Global People Development offers within LATAM. This mission is critical as it involves translating global strategies into local realities, ensuring that our corporate vision resonates with the specific needs of our regional talent while maintaining learning consistency.
Professional Development & Strategic Impact By leading these projects, the VIE will develop a comprehensive understanding of People Development at both a strategic and operational level. They will work at the intersection of global vision and regional execution—a core competency for any future HR leader at L'Oréal.
