A Day in the Life
You report to the Head of Digital IT Iberia and lead cross-functional digital programs to modernize internal IT processes. The team is international and diverse, blending tech and business profiles.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Digital Strategy & Roadmap:defineAI pilots, automation, low-codeinitiativesand a pragmatic roadmap tied to business KPIs.
- Process Improvement:runprocess discovery, map workflows, design Lean/Agile enhancements andidentifyRPA/automation opportunities.
- Program Delivery & Governance: coordinate delivery with IT,vendorsand CDMO partners; monitor KPIs, budgets and ROI.
- Change & Adoption: drive stakeholder engagement, runtrainings, measureadoptionand secure business impact.
Requirements
You are an early-career STEM professional (Master’s) with hands-on IT/digital project experience, eager to take ownership and run endtoend initiatives in an entrepreneurial environment. Fluent English required. Requirements & profile:
- Degree:Master’sin STEM (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent).
- Experience:Previousexperience coordinating cross-functional IT projects, implementing automation/low-code or supporting AI pilots; exposure to vendor management and business stakeholders.
- Core skills: Digital Strategy &Roadmapping; Process Improvement (Lean/Agile); AI / Machine Learning literacy; IT project & program coordination (delivery-focused); Stakeholder & Change Management.

A Day in the Life
You report to the Operations Director and lead cross‑functional programs to modernise plant & HQ operations based in Madrid. The team is transversal, blending operations, engineering, quality and digital profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement & Shop‑floor Excellence: run process discovery, map workflows, facilitate improvement workshops and deliver initiatives that raise productivity and reduce waste.
- Practical Automation & Tools: identify simple automation or digital aids that solve concrete shop‑floor problems and support pilot implementations.

General Description
The mission of the position is to perform a dual set of functions over the course of two years.
During The First Year

Required Experience And Knowledge
- Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master program, ideally pursuing a degree in one of the following areas, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability & CSR, Sustainable Development, Business, Finance or Marketing.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous internship or professional experience in Marketing, Trade, or Digital (ideally in FMCG, Healthcare, or Beauty industries).
- An experience in Sustainability & CSR or Sustainable Development will be a big plus
- Quick learning and problem-solving are a must, as well as interest in a broad range of sustainability topics
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-starting with strong project management skills
- Able to multitask, analyze, and solve complex issues
- English is mandatory and Spanish Will be a plus
