They should have knowledge of basic statistics and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as English and Chinese word processing. They should be a self-motivated and organized team player. Experience in research and using SPSS for data analysis is highly preferred, and a keen interest in psycho-oncology research would be an advantage.
The appointee will be responsible for conducting cancer patient recruitment in clinical settings, performing face-to-face and phone assessments with patients, assisting in data analysis, compiling progress reports, and undertaking other assigned duties. He/She will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team from the HKU Jockey Club Institute of Cancer Care on trial studies for cancer patients. Previous research work experience in ophthalmology/visual science-related translational research, particularly in relation to drug delivery and pharmaceutics, will be desirable. They should also have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, an excellent command of written and spoken English, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work independently and collaboratively as a team.
The appointee will be involved in research projects related to the development of novel pharmacological treatments for ocular diseases and investigations in neuroregeneration and neuroprotection.

- Supervisar y coordinar las labores diarias en la finca, incluyendo la siembra, riego, poda y cosecha.
- Gestionar el equipo de trabajo, asegurando un ambiente de colaboración y eficiencia.
- Realizar el seguimiento del crecimiento y salud de los árboles, implementando prácticas agrícolas sostenibles.
- Controlar el inventario de insumos y herramientas necesarias para el mantenimiento de la finca.
- Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el estado de la finca y la producción, utilizando Excel para el análisis de datos y la presentación de resultados.
- Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias para mejorar la producción y calidad.
