As part of Airbus, the job holder will be accountable for operation and maintenance of energy laboratory test means devoted to electrical / pneumatic / fuel / hydraulic / mechanical aircraft systems.
The job holder has direct accountability to Airbus Head of LTM Energy Lab Development & Operation.
TASKS
- Design electro-mechanical test means, including technologies to be applied, instrumentation, materials, etc, to fulfill requirements.
- Design control and acquisition software for electro-mechanical test means, including technologies to be applied, instrumentation, safety alarms, etc, to fulfil requirements.
- Design and commissioning test set-up facilities, including calibration of sensors/transducers.
- Define test procedures to be executed on the test bench based on Laboratory Test Requirements delivered by Design Offices.
- Implement test procedures ensuring proper test execution and consistency of data recorded.
- Analyse test data ensuring proper pass/fail criteria of the unit/system under test.
- Write laboratory test reports supporting validation and verification activities of the overall A/C system development.
- Ensure test quality on external deliveries.
- Maintain calibrated and inventoried material laboratory database.
- Maintain industrial facilities test means ensuring laboratory availability.
- Identify and implement proper corrective actions in case of malfunction of industrial test means.
- Attend test campaign meetings (Kick-Off Meeting, follow-up meeting and troubleshooting for problem investigation and problem resolution).
- Identify technical risks and opportunities for on-going activities and ensure the execution of adequate mitigation plans.
- Establish a strong link and customer oriented culture with Design Offices interfaces.
- Industrial / Aeronautical engineering
- Short experience in the field of benches design and testing, validation and verification. Ideally focus on A/C test benches.
- Knowledge about:
- data acquisition techniques.
- sensors measurement and transducers.
- CATIA V5 mechanical design.
- LabVIEW/VERISTAND SW programming / mining and data exploitation.
- interconnection wiring.
- Ability to establish strategy, set direction and simplify or translate complex data/requirements to engage less specialist elements of the organisation. You will be able to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- Worked in close collaboration with national / trans-national stakeholders and multi-functional teams.
- Ability to listen (customer needs-minded) and to challenge (improvement, Right First Time & efficiency focused).
- Languages: Negotiation level of Spanish and English. German/French/Italian is considered a plus.

Desde RYF Consultores comenzamos la búsqueda de un MECÁNICO DE MAQUINARIA para una empresa de ingeniería que se de dicha a diseñar y producir vehículos pesados articulados.
Buscamos una persona con experiencia en la gestión integral de operaciones logísticas. La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar el correcto flujo de mercancías, optimizar procesos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia del almacén. La persona seleccionada estará sola en el almacén, con un único proveedor de piezas de maquinaria, y sin personal a cargo.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Gestionar las actividades diarias del almacén: recepción, almacenamiento, preparación de pedidos y expediciones.
- Controlar inventarios, realizar recuentos periódicos y analizar discrepancias.
- Optimizar procesos logísticos para mejorar tiempos, reducir errores y aumentar la eficiencia operativa.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, prevención de riesgos y buenas prácticas de manipulación.
- Coordinarse con el resto de los departamentos de la empresa.
- Gestionar documentación logística y uso de sistemas de gestión de almacén (WMS/ERP).

Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de 3–5 años en gestión de almacenes o logística.

The selected candidate will join the Project Management Office in the Strategic Projects, playing a key role as a co-pilot to the Project Manager, proactively driving various project management processes. Responsibilities (shared with the rest of the PMO team):
- Maintain the Project Management Plan and ensure the program’s adherence to this plan.

- Prepare and facilitate meetings and support preparation of milestones.
- Support the Project Manager in planning and preparing Maturity Gates.
- Maintain the program’s action register and drive the timely closure of actions.
- Coordinate preparation of reports in various formats for both internal and external customers.
- Ensure consistency among all contractual, financial, and technical requirements and coverage in the Project Management Plan (in close cooperation with the Project Controller, Customer Contract Manager, and Technical Manager).
- Maintain the program’s integrated plan in the appropriate toolset (e.g., Unified Planning), embedding inputs from all contributing stakeholders.
- Identify, track, and communicate the program’s critical path, proposing measures to shorten it.
- Track program progress and provide visualization and early warning of potential issues to allow for early mitigation, anticipation, and data-driven decisions.
- Act as the strategic interface between departments and functions, ensuring effective performance management and early warning for potential issues.
- Maintain the Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management Plan of the program.
- Maintain the R&O register, including the facilitation of capture and assessment of risks and opportunities.
- Drive the definition and follow-up of R&O mitigation actions.
- Proactively seek out and implement improvements in your way of working, and in the overall execution of the program.
- Support project’s improvement governance and contribute to the achievement of its improvement objectives.
- Ensure consistency and integration between risk management, planning, and workload data, providing a unified and accurate view of project status and performance.
- Establish and maintain data governance processes to guarantee the reliability and coherence of information across different functions and systems.
- Produce Project History Report (yearly).
- Supervise overall Changes, to trigger CCN issues and build the relevant case.
- Interface with the S&OP process, to ensure consistency between the functions' needs and project budget.
- Degree-level education in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in leading projects or as a PMO Manager is desired
- PMP certification is highly desirable
- Experience in managing/working with a project schedule.
- Experience in managing risks and opportunities, either as a risk manager or a project member.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work across functions, and to influence and persuade program stakeholders amid conflicting priorities.
- Experience with typical office applications and generally well-versed in digital tools is desired
- Experience in standard scheduling tools (e.g., Unified Planning, MS Project, Primavera) is desired.
- Experience in using the Airbus tool for risk and opportunity management.
- Experience working in international teams and environments.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

The job holder will be an active member of the team with who will carry out the following main functions which are aligned with the department strategy applicable for LTA (India program included) and future programs (Hurjet, PATMAR,...):
EAC Contribution:
- Responsible for ensuring that financial targets, risks and opportunities are matched and secured with accurately planned.
- Financial support in all business cases related to suppliers.
- Manage and support prices, risks and opportunities of the procurement work packages for the Reporting and Budget exercises included in the EAC Buy, OP, S&OP and the yearly forecasts
- Perform the Work Packages controlling (Actuals vs. Planning), giving visibility of the deviations and supporting their corrective actions.
- Support the planning of the procured Costs plus the Material Levy applicable.
- Understand main activities of the purchase ensuring end to end process and deployment of the Finance model
- Manage the spend calculation & updates for the Program milestones.
- The anticipation of risk and opportunities should be the main driver of your daily activities.
- Support ways of working, development and deployment to manage needs of internal stakeholders including driving digital transformation initiatives to streamline processes and tools
- Support and continuously contact our main stakeholder (TAOP) to align and support their expectations.
