Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Country Manager Italy based in the Greater Zaragoza Metropolitan Area. The Country Manager will oversee operations and strategy related to the Italian market, including market research, partnership development, and optimising client and stakeholder relationships and SEO content generation. The role involves driving growth, executing marketing campaigns, managing housing provider relationships, and providing excellent support to Italian university students. Other responsibilities include identifying expansion opportunities, creating and maintaining a comprehensive market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and business development
- Strong marketing, communication, and partnership-building skills
- Experience in customer relationship management and client support
- Fluency in Italian, both written and verbal, is essential
- Familiarity with the international student housing market and Erasmus programs
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced setting
