En LHH Aragón, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Responsable de Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para incorporarse en importante empresa del sector industrial química ubicada en Pedrola (Zaragoza).
Tus FUNCIONES serán las siguientes:
-Participar en las inspecciones y auditorias de las autoridades sanitarias, de los clientes y de la Dirección.
-Definición del mapa de procesos.
-Creación del Manual de gestión, fichas de procesos, formatos y cualquier otro documento que considere necesario para el sistema de gestión.
-Supervisar la eficacia del sistema de gestión a través de los procesos e indicadores desarrollados para ello.
-Comunicar oportunidades de mejora.
-Colaborar con el dpto. de producción.
-Gestión de las no conformidades tanto externas como internas.
-Gestión de toda la documentación del sistema.
-Formar parte del equipo de gestión de la compañía, recopilando la información necesaria relacionada con los asuntos a tratar en dichas reuniones.
-Análisis y seguimiento de quejas de partes interesadas.
-Seguimiento del plan de auditoria.
-Tras la revisión anual del SG, desarrollo del informe de revisión por la dirección
-Formar parte del equipo de prevención de delitos de la Compañía.
-Participar en los inventarios, colaborando con otros departamentos.
-Asegurar la comunicación interna de su departamento y vigilar la buena aplicación de las reglas de seguridad de su área.
-Emitir los informes y valoraciones del desempeño con la regularidad establecida, sobre el personal a su cargo.
-Mantener y revisar la documentación del sistema de gestión de calidad y medioambiente. Actualizar la legislación aplicable, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de las directrices marcadas, cumpliéndolas en lo relativo a calidad, medio ambiente y PRL.
-Formar parte del equipo de inocuidad, food defense, APPCC y gestión de crisis.
-Cumplir con las directrices de PRL, Calidad, Medio ambiente, colaborando con una correcta gestión de los residuos y Seguridad alimentaria.
REQUISITOS:
-Experiencia en certificaciones: ISO 90001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BRC PACKAGING y HUELLA DE CARBONO
-Experiencia en DECLARACIONES DE CONFORMIDAD, REACH, NUEVA LEY ENVASES Y RESIDUOS DE ENVASES, GESTION DE SCRAP
-Nivel fluido de inglés tanto hablado como escrito.

The field of organ-on-a-chip is rapidly expanding, marking it as a dynamic sector with significant growth opportunities. Each year, more researchers and biotechnology firms are harnessing this innovative technology to create advanced in vitro regulatory models.
Beonchip stands at the forefront of this movement, embodying innovation in the European biomedical tech scene. The year 2024 will see us embark on an ambitious research initiative aimed at producing state-of-the-art microfluidic devices for pharmaceutical testing. This project is a collaboration with over 30 tech companies. We're excited to invite a motivated and dynamic PhD student to pursue their thesis in our industry-centric setting. The student's research will be a key part of this European Research initiative. They will have the chance to work part-time at Beonchip and at the TME lab (Universidad de Zaragoza).
This new position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team at Beonchip (Zaragoza, Spain) and make important contribution to develop new organ on chip models to reduce animal testing.
Requirements/Qualifications

The position holder will support the management of RFP processes, analyzing the resulting energy supply contract prices and terms and negotiating with Spanish, Portuguese and/or Italian energy suppliers to ensure optimal supply contracts are secured on behalf of Schneider Electric’s clients and will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the energy markets/legislation.

- Support the tendering, analysis and subsequent contract award and placement processes relating to energy supply contracts.

Position responsibilities:

Sustainability analyst is an effective communicator and represents the company in front of clients and other stakeholders (governmental agencies, leading industry standard...) Sustainability Analyst is able to analyze and summarize, question and challenge data and other information. He or she feels comfortable working with numbers and has great digital skills as well as good knowledge of Excel.
Position responsibilities:
- Drive client relationships through excellent formal and informal communication, which includes regular calls, maximum 48h email turnaround, the use of high level of English and the ability to advise on complex matters.
- Manage and deliver projects involving technical calculations (e.g. tCO2e or kgC)
