Formación académica:
Profesional en el área de tecnología (ingeniero en software, ingeniero en telecomunicaciones, ingeniero en sistemas de la información o afines).
Propósito del rol
Buscamos a un ejecutivo senior con visión global, mentalidad estratégica y alta capacidad de ejecución, para liderar la expansión internacional de nuestra plataforma de Facturación Electrónica en mercados clave: Europa, Reino Unido, Emiratos Árabes Unidos y Asia Pacífico (indispensable contar con nivel de inglés C1).
Este rol está diseñado para perfiles con mentalidad de partner → líderes capaces de abrir mercados como si fueran suyos, con autonomía, energía comercial y capacidad de estructurar el negocio.
Responsabilidades estratégicas y comerciales:
- Ejecutar la estrategia global de expansión, incluyendo estudios de mercado y análisis de viabilidad.
- Identificar y negociar alianzas estratégicas de alto impacto con canales, integradores, partners tecnológicos, gremios, cámaras y entes regulatorios.
- Liderar procesos de entrada a nuevos mercados, desde validación legal hasta primeros clientes y partners.
- Representar a la empresa ante instituciones, ferias, foros y eventos internacionales de alto nivel.
- Negociar y cerrar acuerdos de distribución, licenciamiento o colaboración.
- Construir el ecosistema local: estructura comercial, soporte, regulatorio y operaciones para cada país objetivo.
- Establecer un sistema de gestión y seguimiento de KPI de expansión y revenue internacional.
- Contratar, formar y liderar talento local cuando sea necesario.
Sueldo: a convenir según experiencia (incluye tu aspiración salarial en el CV).
Modalidad de contrato: híbrida.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Country Manager – Spain will be responsible for establishing and expanding Fides’ presence in the region, with a strong focus on commercial development, IT consulting, and operational management. This role requires a high-performing business leader with deep knowledge of the tech consulting industry, preferably coming from a structured business environment. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to generate new business in complex environments, leveraging a solid and active network.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the launch and development of Fides’ operations in Spain
• Define and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across strategic verticals.
• Build and lead a high-performing local team, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of services and solutions to clients, in line with Fides’ standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the IT consulting or tech services industry.
• Strong commercial DNA, with a track record in new business development and client acquisition.
• Operational experience, including team leadership and project oversight.
• Active commercial network in Spain, particularly in relevant industries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and leadership capabilities.
• Fluent in Spanish, English and/or Italian.

What You’ll Do At Elekta
As an Country Manager & Sales Director, you will be Director is responsible for defining the overall country business strategy and leadership of the country team supporting Elekta´s product portfolio.
The role of the Country Manager and Sales Director is to generate orders and revenue in line with the individual targets set for a country and to manage the overall business responsibility for the country.
This role is hybrid, with significant travel required to customer locations across the region. You will also have access to Elekta’s offices when needed.
Responsibilities
- Define, develop and deploy the go-to-market strategy within the relevant geographical area and periodically review and update as necessary.
- Define and report the market potential and country needs for Radiotherapy, Brachytherapy, Neurosurgery and Software products in the relevant country.
- Identify all opportunities for new client development and develop a short, medium and long-term strategy for conversion.
- Identify opportunities to expand product portfolio into existing customer sites, plan and document a process from needs identification to client conversion .
- Prepare, champion and regularly update the country regulatory strategic plan to ensure successful new product introductions.
- Develop a sales strategy to increase sales of the full Elekta product, working alongside Marketing to create sales campaigns.
- Monitor, review and support the full utilization and adoption of CLM in the area of geographical responsibility.
- Forecast, deploy and manage country operational budget.
- Manage country’s P&L, from top line to bottom line in the balance sheet.
- Configure and price the clinical needs from the customer.
- Develop new and established client relationships including distributor partnerships where relevant .
- Proven track record of achieving personal and team-based sales performance targets within the capital goods markets.
- Marketing and direct sales experience ideally in a capital-intensive medical industry.
- Strong knowledge / understanding of Indirect/Distributor Marketing and Sales.
- Strong knowledge /understanding of Elekta´s product portfolio.
- Solid knowledge and experience of the medical devices industry.
- Role model in driving compliance and ethical standards.
- Ability to effectively interact directly with customers across all disciplines (hospital management and administrators, local politicians, oncologists and other medical staff, technologists and medical physicists.
- Ability to influence key managers to help achieve objectives.
- Proven ability to involve all hierarchy levels of a mid-size industrial company to achieve the Country objectives
- Fluent in both written and verbal English.
- Knowledge and experience of working within a corporate, multicultural environment.
