En Quasar Dynamics estamos construyendo productos tecnológicos complejos con una obsesión clara: interfaces rápidas, elegantes y fiables que hagan que sistemas difíciles parezcan simples.

Buscamos una persona que lidere el frontend no solo escribiendo buen código, sino elevando el nivel técnico del equipo, tomando decisiones de arquitectura y convirtiendo producto, diseño e ingeniería en una experiencia impecable para nuestros usuarios.

Esta no es una posición para “gestionar tickets”. Es para alguien que quiera tener impacto real.

Tareas

Liderarás la evolución técnica del frontend de Quasar Dynamics, trabajando cerca de producto, diseño, backend y dirección técnica.

Tus responsabilidades principales serán:

• Definir y mantener la arquitectura frontend.


• Tomar decisiones sobre stack, patrones, performance, testing y escalabilidad.


• Liderar la calidad del código mediante reviews, buenas prácticas y mentoring.


• Convertir problemas complejos en interfaces claras, rápidas y mantenibles.


• Trabajar con producto para transformar ideas en experiencias de usuario excelentes.


• Detectar deuda técnica y resolverla con criterio, no con parches.


• Ayudar a construir un equipo frontend de alto rendimiento.

Requisitos

Nos gustaría hablar contigo si tienes:

• Experiencia sólida construyendo aplicaciones Angular en producción.


• Dominio de Angular, TypeScript, RxJS y arquitectura frontend.


• Buen criterio en componentes, servicios, formularios, routing, lazy loading y performance.


• Experiencia con gestión de estado, por ejemplo NgRx, Signals, Akita u otras aproximaciones.


• Capacidad para diseñar frontends escalables, testeables y mantenibles.


• Experiencia liderando técnicamente a otras personas.


• Mentalidad de producto: no solo te importa que funcione, te importa que sea claro, útil y excelente.


• Buena comunicación con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos.

Valoramos especialmente experiencia con:

• Design systems en Angular.


• Aplicaciones B2B complejas, dashboards o herramientas internas.


• Testing con Jest, Karma, Cypress, Playwright o similares.


• Arquitecturas mono-repo, Nx o librerías compartidas.


• Performance profiling.


• Colaboración estrecha con equipos de backend, producto y diseño.
