Founded more than 30 years ago in Valencia (East Spain), this progressive school with strong family values and delivering the English National Curriculum now has 1,700 students and has evolved to meet the needs of modern learners. YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand the customer needs by off price channel and regions and uses this information to make considered commercial decisions on product level that positively impacts the profitability working closely together with our Retail team, global merchandising, allocation team and marketing team.
- Establish and monitor store capacity and inventory levels both for our outlet stores and Off-price online channel.
- Develop and maintain store clusters using store volume, profile, capacity and performance by gender/product group, seasonality and region.
- Translate the overall merchandising strategy to assortment strategy to determine the right product mix by channel, hereby focusing and analyzing on the right width vs breadth of the collection, maintain a close eye on the product mix and incorporating the physical space vs potential to sell of our stores.
- Determine the merchandise strategy per region of each of the channels (geography planning) to create an aligned multi-region assortment mix.
- Determine pre-season OTB by channel and closely align the product department into the right strategy to fulfill OTB for each of the channels.
- Monitor the critical in conjunction with our marketing team and global merchandise and allocation team. Ensuring that deadlines are met and potential problems are identified at line level. Clearly communicating to management impact on launch position.
- Constantly review performance to identify and potentialize emerging trends to avoid missed opportunities, closely cooperating with the merchandise planners for other channels and contributing to our weekly trading meetings.
- Forecast on monthly level on relevant KPI’s such as sales, margin, stock, OTB (WSSI).
- Leverage stock positions for our outlet channels to maximize sell out potential versus stock investment that positively impacts profitability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related study field,
- Excellent skills in Excel (reporting and handling big data amounts, executing pivots and other analysis),
- Experience working with senior leadership, possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across the business,

Project Description and responsibilities:
By supporting the plan, design and construction of manufacturing facilities and related structures, determining facility specifications, material resources, structural design and construction set ups, the project engineer contributes actively to the manufacturing expansion projects that will deploy the capacity for RBM business unit growth and ultimately, for the growth of the company. The project engineer is a key role in expansion projects to provide more capacity to our three main types of production steps, Leaching and Refining, precursor and cathode active materials, and it is expected a great contribution for the resolution of technical problems and suggestions for installation improvements to meet process requirements
Integrating the project team, the project engineer is responsible to coordinate the design and construction of its area of responsibility & expertise and to liaise with project management, EPCm companies and contractors to successfully implement new assets and facilities until commissioning and/or handover.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Prepare, revise and approve technical documentation for the design phases of projects, guaranteeing that standards, guidelines, best available, safe and cost-effective solutions are considered
- Ensure that project documents are complete and optimal for a competitive and fair tender process
- Support the procurement phase of specific components and works, screening from bids to good reception confirmation in support of the project management
- Control costs during execution of projects
- Supervise the construction, installation and commissioning of assigned projects, within its area of responsibility
- Work with other Engineering teams, integrating the work with other specialties into the final project solution, assuring user deadlines are met and without unexpected delays in production
- Execute all assigned tasks, planning and delivering on time, safely, efficiently, reliably and in a cost-effective manner
- Make quality and timely decisions within the Engineering tasks under his/her responsibility
- Gather relevant data to inform the decision makers regarding complex issues
- Propose improvements (procedures, organizational, new technologies, capex, productivity) as appropriate

Technical Profile requirements:
- University degree, or equivalent qualification, in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation/Automation
- Technical experience and/or background in the execution of engineering projects (of specialties above mentioned)
- Extensive experience in big industrial projects of +100MLN Eur is mandatory (brownfield, greenfield,...)
- Relevant experience and understanding in the execution of industrial projects in operational environments
- Knowledge of design software (e.g. AutoCad)
- Knowledge of EHS standards, industry good practices and legal requirements applicable to the specialty of focus
- Competent and fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish and English
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
- Must have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down

Funciones:
- Atención al cliente telefónica y por correo electrónico
- Gestión de eventos empresariales, comuniones y bodas
- Realización de visitas de las instalaciones, pruebas de carta, etc.
- Coordinación con sala y cocina
- Contacto con proveedores
-Brindar asesoramiento y apoyo personalizado
Requisitos:
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años en un un puesto similar
- Habilidades comerciales y comunicativas
- Excelente trato al cliente
- Capacidad de organización
- Vehículo propio
