Right now, Young Hotels is:

• Growing in Spain with unique, experience-driven properties like La Casa del Pantano (Valencian Community).
• Launching an innovative concept in the Netherlands: the Young Learning Hotel, blending hospitality with education and social impact.
• Managing stunning villas in an exceptional location in Holland, offering distinctive stays close to nature.
• Actively negotiating new partnerships and expansions across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Daily Operations: Support and coordinate all aspects of hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.).
• Elevate Guest Experience: Monitor service quality, respond to guest feedback, and turn challenges into memorable moments.
• Process & Efficiency Improvements: Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to raise standards while keeping costs under control.
• Events & Group Bookings: Coordinate reservations and special events in close collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure procedures meet safety, hygiene, and Young Hotels brand standards.
• Procurement & Logistics: Manage supply orders, stock, and vendor coordination.
• Hands-On Problem Solver: Tackle daily operational issues (e.g. WiFi, AC, locks) quickly and effectively.
• Vendor & Project Management: Support upgrades and new projects with close vendor and contractor follow-up.
• Inventory & Budget Control: Monitor inventories, process invoices, and track budgets.
• On-Site Leadership: Visit properties regularly to supervise operations and ensure Young Hotels values are lived day-to-day.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Asana, CRMs, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (bonus: Dutch, German, or French).
• Ownership Mindset: You treat every property like it’s your own, with passion and accountability.
