Top Talent Pool - Startups and Scaleups (not an usual job post!)
ambi.careers · València, ES
Teletreball SaaS
A-ha!
Nice to e-meet you! If you are reading this you might be thinking: "not an usual job post?"...
Yes, it's not usual. Before anything, we are ambi.careers, a talent marketplace and recruitment agency designed to connect A-class professionals with exciting job opportunities in startups, scaleups, and innovative tech companies.
Well, this is not a usual job post...
And we say it. We are now partnering with investment funds and their portfolio companies, so this job post is a way to call your attention. Yep. That's why we are more than happy to receive your application, so we know you are looking for a change. You could also signup directly on https://ambi.careers. The idea is we check your application and if your profile matches our criteria (relevant startup experience, teams management, ability to design and implement talent strategies for international saas companies, etc.), we would be more than happy to onboard you when we go live.
You may say: "ah, so I won't be applying for a talent marketplace, which is not even launched!" - We would say: ok! Up to you. Really don't bother. We will become the #1 startup dedicated talent marketplace for non-tech profiles, but up to you :)
But if you are here and continue reading, we believe that this could be the first step for a long-term relationship. This is a smart and easy way to get to know great people, and as it happened many times before, people who are under our radar are the first ones to know when a good opportunity arises. So if you feel that this honest and open approach is valid, just spend 1 minute applying and we would be more than happy to analyze it. If you feel it's not, well... that's life, please don't apply. You can learn one thing about us from now: we always prefer to be transparent and cut the bull***.
Hope to see you soon!
