Job Purpose

Revenue Management at LEVEL is responsible for maximizing the revenue generated from our flights by applying data-driven pricing strategies, forecasting demand and optimizing inventory availability. The team plays a key role in ensuring the profitability of our long-haul operation, balancing commercial objectives with competitive market dynamics.

We are looking for a curious, analytical and proactive intern based in Barcelona to support our team in daily tasks and strategic projects related to revenue optimization

El equipo de Revenue Management en LEVEL es responsable de maximizar los ingresos generados por nuestros vuelos mediante la aplicación de estrategias de precios basadas en datos, la previsión de la demanda y la optimización de la disponibilidad de inventario. El equipo desempeña un papel clave en garantizar la rentabilidad de nuestra operación de largo recorrido, equilibrando los objetivos comerciales con la dinámica competitiva del mercado.

Buscamos a un/a becario/a curioso/a, analítico/a y proactivo/a, con base en Barcelona, que apoye a nuestro equipo en tareas diarias y proyectos estratégicos relacionados con la optimización de ingresos.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Support the management of the filling of the flights, optimizing seat availability and revenue.
• Monitor competitors' behaviour, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform inventory decisions.
• Ensure inventory settings and configurations are accurate and aligned with commercial strategy.
• Coordinate closely with the Pricing team to ensure alignment between fare structure and availability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Network Planning, Costumer, and Operations to support overall revenue strategy.
• Assist in analysing flight and route performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support the Inventory team.

• Asegurar que la configuración y los ajustes del inventario sean precisos y estén alineados con la estrategia comercial.
• Coordinar estrechamente con el equipo de Pricing para garantizar la coherencia entre la estructura tarifaria y la disponibilidad.
• Colaborar con equipos transversales como Network Planning, Atención al Cliente y Operaciones para apoyar la estrategia global de ingresos.
• Ayudar en el análisis del rendimiento de vuelos y rutas, identificando oportunidades de mejora.
• Contribuir en la elaboración de informes periódicos y análisis puntuales para dar soporte al equipo de Inventario.
  
  

• Currently in the final year/s of a degree/master’s degree or recently graduated in engineering, airline management, economics, mathematics, data science or a related field.
  
  

• Actualmente cursando los últimos años de un grado o máster, o recién graduado/a en Ingeniería, Gestión Aeronáutica, Economía, Matemáticas, Ciencia de Datos o un campo relacionado.
  
  

• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or similar.
• Strong interest in aviation
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Effective communication skills.

• Valid EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A) with Airbus FBW Type Rating. (ATPL desirable)
• Flight Experience: A minimum of 500 hours in an Airbus FBW aircraft (A330 type rating and long-haul flight experience preferred).
• Class 1 Medical Certificate – ensuring you meet the highest medical standards required for international operations.
• Language Proficiency: English and Spanish ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
