Serás el de responsable de liderar y gestionar proyectos de implementación y mejora de soluciones de Observabilidad (monitoring, logging y tracing, etc.) en algunos de nuestros clientes. La realización de ofertas proporcionando los requisitos y tiempos de la gestión del proyecto al responsable de cuenta o equipo comercial.

Gestión de proyectos con metodología Agile.

Coordinación del equipo que participa en cada proyecto hasta el pase a producción.

Preparar los informes de control y seguimiento de proyectos y realizar su presentación a los clientes, equipos, gestores de cuenta y dirección de la empresa.

Detección temprana de desviaciones entre lo presupuestado y el avance real. Presentación de propuestas para mitigar el impacto.

Liderar el proceso de aceptación por parte del cliente y traspaso del proyecto a los grupos de mantenimiento.

Este rol es crucial para asegurar que los sistemas y aplicaciones de nuestros clientes sean visibles, robustos y confiables, alineando las iniciativas técnicas con los objetivos de su negocio.

Who are we?

SotoTennis Academy (STA), based in Sotogrande, Spain, is a leading tennis academy dedicated to developing young, passionate tennis players aiming for success in US College programs or the Professional Tour.

Led by WTA/ATP Coach Daniel Kiernan, the Academy provides a supportive training environment for players that fosters both athletic and personal growth.

STA also offers training weeks for junior and pro players looking to supplement their current programs.

Role Description

The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the academy.

Responsibilities include managing teams, optimising operational workflows, developing budgets, and ensuring the smooth implementation of academy programs for our players.

This full-time role requires close collaboration with staff, players, parents and Federations within a dynamic sports-focused environment.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Operations Management and a track record of implementing effective operational strategies.

Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and improve processes.

Experience In Team Management And Excellent Communication Skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Experience in an academy or sports-based organization is a plus.

¿Dónde vas a trabajar?

Dependiendo del Director de Calidad, la persona seleccionada dará soporte transversal en las actividades del departamento, combinando tareas de planta con gestión documental en oficina. Se trata de una posición inicialmente temporal (cobertura de baja), pero con opciones de continuidad y contratación indefinida. Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Control dimensional de piezas (uso de brazo FARO e instrumentos convencionales: pie de rey, micrómetro, sondas, etc.)
• Gestión de útiles de medición: calibraciones, nuevas plantillas, registro y seguimiento
• Control de prototipos y devoluciones
• Atención a dudas de proveedores y auditorías de calidad externas

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
