You will lead the Retail Training team, reporting directly to the Global Retail People & Organization Director, and your global mission will be to coordinate, lead, develop, implement, evaluate, and monitor training plans, materials, and programs based on the organization's needs and, specifically, our stores.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE?

• Lead the Retail Training team.
• Create training content and develop courses and materials.
• Create and monitor training plans and programs for store employees, identifying and analyzing needs.
• Coordinate the entire in-store training roadmap with different stakeholders according to store needs and timings.
• Develop new programs and modify existing ones to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the entire Retail and People Retail structure to identify needs and design programs tailored to them.
• Implement developed programs on the field to transfer all knowledge to store teams.
• Adjust all training content to store needs, defining times and deadlines appropriately.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments when necessary to maximize impact.

Wat would your day to day be like at MANGO?

About the Role:

Join our design center in Barcelona and play an active role in the creation of our collections. You will collaborate with our design team contributing to the conceptualization and development of innovative designs. This experience will give you the opportunity to overview the creative process from initial sketches to final production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Design Development: Support the technical design team by creating detailed technical sheets, brainstorming innovative concepts, and organizing cohesive collections.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our purchasing and pattern-making teams to ensure seamless integration from concept to production.
• Global Coordination: Aid the Senior Designer in managing daily communication and coordination with our international suppliers, ensuring design vision and quality standards are met.
• Sample Management & Trend Analysis: Oversee sample logistics and actively contribute to trend research, bringing fresh, global perspectives to our design process.
• Creative Contribution: Participate in design meetings, providing creative input that resonates with diverse, international markets.
  
  
  

• A strong academic background in Fashion Design.
• A solid understanding of trends and key brands in the fashion industry, from high street to luxury.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Spanish would be a plus
• Creativity, passion for design and fashion, and a collaborative spirit.
• Must be able to provide an internship agreement from your educational institution and commit to a 6-month internship.
