Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data Strategy & Analytics team and help drive strategic and operational decision-making through advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science.

What will your mission be?

Apply advanced data analysis, machine learning, and statistical techniques to transform complex datasets into meaningful information that supports business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, marketing, operations) to understand needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Communicate findings clearly and visually through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance in all analytical processes.
- Explore new data sources and technologies to enhance the organizations analytical capabilities.

Requisitos
What are we looking for?
Education:
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar.
- Masters or PhD in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Big Data is a plus.

Professional Experience:
- 25 years of experience in similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, R, SQL, Spark.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Skills and Competencies:
- Analytical thinking and results orientation.
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.

Technical Skills:
- Statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Data cleaning and transformation (ETL).
- Programming and automation of analytical processes.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.

Languages:
- High level of English (coordination with Corporate teams).
