🛠 Posición: Técnico/a BIM
En Aldesa, cada día tendrás la oportunidad para aprender, innovar y superar retos. Estamos buscando un/a Técnica/o BIM para colaborar con nosotros en un proyecto ferroviario que comenzaremos a ejecutar en breve en Vigo. Este proyecto consiste en la renovación integral de infraestructura y vía de un tramo de la red ferroviaria. Si tienes experiencia realizando trabajando con BIM en proyectos de obra civil, gestionando los flujos de trabajo y la configuración del proyecto ¡queremos conocerte!
📋 Tus responsabilidades:
- Modelado 3D de infraestructuras ferroviarias (vías, estaciones, túneles, puentes o catenarias etc.) e integración de estructuras y sistemas en un entorno común.
- Coordinación de modelos de distintas especialidades (obra civil, instalaciones, electrificación etc.) para evitar interferencias. Detectar colisiones entre elementos del modelo.
- Gestión de documentación técnica: Asegurar que todos los planos, especificaciones y documentos estén vinculados correctamente al modelo. Garantizar que la documentación esté alineada con la normativa ferroviaria
- Control de versiones y cambios: Mantener actualizado el modelo con los cambios de diseño o de obra. Controlar versiones para asegurar trazabilidad de modificaciones.
- Apoyo a planificación y obra, generando mediciones 5D y simulaciones 4D
- Reporte: Preparar informes, visualizaciones y documentación para el equipo de proyecto
- Al menos dos años de experiencia demostrada trabajando como Técnica/o BIM en proyectos de obra civil.
- Formación especifica BIM o Master especifico acreditable.
- Conocimiento intermedio o avanzado del software: Autocad, Civil 3D, Revit y Naviswork.
- Experiencia con Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), y Sistema de Información Geográfica (GIS).
- Deseable tener experiencia con Presto, Excel, Primavera P6 o Ms Project, y/o Power BI
- Estabilidad: Contrato en un entorno de trabajo agradable y duradero.
