Maintenance /Spare parts analyst
What you need to know about this position: The basic functions of the position will be to improve and manage the spare parts of the plant, following the guidelines set by the company and the maintenance manager.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Redefine and digitize the spare parts management process
With technical team support, Management and control of the different warehouses located in the plant
Attendance at European regional meetings, to follow and apply the standards defined by the company.
Receive and manage the plant's spare parts.
Process/ Continuous Improvement:
We are looking for motivated interns to join our Production Department!
As Process Engineer you will…
- Engage in Daily Management System Meetings to lead plans for loss analysis and loss eradication.
- Coach and lead core teams to identify and analyze losses and develop solutions using Lean problem-solving tools
- Address and guide to resolve technical issues in the line, applying problem solving tools
- Analyze performance data to support Global Efficiency improvement - have clarity and targets to reduce Planned and Unplanned Downtime
- Provide technical support to develop new cost saving programs and execute projects
- Manage and lead the change management system for the line
- Establish a solid association with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Security and Logistics for the improvement and standardization of processes
We are looking for motivated interns to join our Quality Department!
As QUALITY TECHNICIAN you will…
- Participation in Daily meeting in production line
- Analysis of complaints
- Participation in RCA (Root cause analysis) and coordination of the action plant to prevent recurrence of consumer and costumer complaints
- Develop of training modules to strengthen the operator’s skills
- Owner of Rapid methods technology and train operators
- Be part of QM Pillar
Job specific requirements: English (fluent)
Because, every day, we work in an international environment, the selection process will be mostly in English.

Responsibilities
As our Line Engineer, you are responsible for the following tasks in the Operations team:
Your main focus:
- Define work procedures for the line:
- startup and stoppages, changeover, product changes, cleaning the machines and pipes, vision program, consumables management.
- Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel.
- Identify center lining values per format and machine and follow up its accomplishment.
- Identify Quality’s devices and ensure calibration program is carried out.
- Follow up the principal indicators of the line and analyse the cause: rejection rate per machine, decrease O.E.E., breakdown analysis, timings, wastage.
- Identify and make improvement proposals that.
- that attack and eliminate the basic causes of deviations, on the OEE, cost, quality, and security.
- Identify external and internal resources needed to solve anomalies.
- Be an active part for the process improvements of the module with the objective of getting a better performance of the machines, facilities, and human resources.
- Identify training needing of the personnel of the line and lead the training execution.
- Perform permanent visual management of the line.
- Ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in line operations.
- Participate in the launch of the new initiatives.
The team consists of Line and Process Engineers and Filling Operators, and you will work closely together with several departments such as maintenance, engineering, quality and HR. Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to learn from others, innovate, and try new ideas.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to work in team. As a/an experienced Line Engineer, you are result oriented and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
- Engineering degree
- Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)
- Advanced user in office tools (Excel, PPT)
- Analytical thinking
- Great communication skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
