Funciones del puesto
Serás el de responsable de liderar y gestionar proyectos de implementación y mejora de soluciones de Observabilidad (monitoring, logging y tracing, etc.) en algunos de nuestros clientes. Gestión de proyectos con metodología Agile.

Detección temprana de desviaciones entre lo presupuestado y el avance real. Presentación de propuestas para mitigar el impacto.

Requisitos

Role Description
The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the academy. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimising operational workflows, developing budgets, and ensuring the smooth implementation of academy programs for our players. This full-time role requires close collaboration with staff, players, parents and Federations within a dynamic sports-focused environment.
Requirements
Proven expertise in Operations Management and a track record of implementing effective operational strategies.
Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and improve processes.
Experience In Team Management And Excellent Communication Skills.
