Job Description
As a Senior Planner/Scheduler you will be responsible for advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement, change management implementation and analysis that may involve a major project or several smaller projects. A thorough understanding is required of policies, methods, and procedures that includes advanced Planning and Scheduling techniques, Risk Analysis, Risk Management, and support of project objectives. In your role you will:
- Implement project planning/scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of project works
- Preparing Staffing, Engineering, Construction progress and customised reports.
- Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
- Conduct the required project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole.
- Analyse deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule highlighting bottlenecks / delays and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the Monthly Project Report and specific reports / presentations.
- Analyse and highlight the overall schedule impact of any variance / change order.
- Prepare resourcing plans for the overall and individual project phases, identifying any excessive peak numbers and making recommendations for peak leveling.
- Ensure that schedule related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors of actual projects is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems.
- Prepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of work.
- Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management is required preferably within the Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial or other related complex asset types.
- Expert experience level using project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
- Ability to coordinate/organise multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
- Able to develop good working relationships with project team.
- Business level English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbal are essential.
- Degree level in relevant discipline is preferred

Perfil de la candidatura:
Experiencia demostrada en el ámbito de la gestión técnica de proyectos de cooperación en África Subsahariana: planificaciones estratégicas y operativas, manejo del marco lógico y elaboración de proyectos e informes de seguimiento y evaluación de los mismos.
Experiencia en coordinación e interlocución con instituciones financiadoras, otras organizaciones y contrapartes.
Alta capacidad de expresión oral y escrita en castellano y francés. Se realizará prueba.
Disponibilidad para viajar a África Subsahariana.
Manejo avanzado de Office.
Se Valorará
Formación y experiencia demostrada en el ámbito de la atención primaria de salud, salud pública y salud comunitaria.
Formación específica en cooperación internacional, en especial en gestión técnica de proyectos.
Formación y experiencia en enfoque de género y feminismo en cooperación y en salud.
Experiencia de trabajo en terreno, especialmente en África subsahariana.
Alta iniciativa y habilidades para el trabajo en equipo y las relaciones interpersonales, así como para la planificación y gestión de proyectos.
Conocimiento de políticas de cooperación en salud y de convocatorias de subvenciones, en especial de Unión Europea, España, Aragón, Madrid y Navarra.
Manejo de IA en gestión de proyectos de cooperación.
Experiencia en puestos similares en ONGD u otras instituciones.
