The Doctoral Thesis will be linked to a research project funded by the Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación, la Agencia Estatal de Investigación, and the Fondo Social Europeo (FSE+) under the framework of the Call **** of Proyectos de Generación de Conocimiento.The PhD students granted will have the opportunity to develop their professional careers in the fields of academia and industry.

This objective is achieved by:- The performance of an individual research project under the direction of an internationally renowned Group Leader, in a creative and stimulating scientific environment.

The adequacy of the candidates for the program, project or research activities to be carried out will be assessed based on their previous training and experience.

For that purpose, consideration shall be given to the added value that carrying out the project will represent for their research career, as well as the value contributed to the institution and the host research group.Evaluation and Selection ProcessThe evaluation and selection of the candidates will be performed by the project supervisor, supported by the Human Resources team, and following the procedure below:- Submitted applications will be checked for eligibility, and those not fulfilling all the criteria will be rejected.

It will not be possible to modify the application or to add missing documentation after the call deadline.

Requisitos

• Título en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o un campo relacionado.


• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en estudios técnicos y soporte en oficina técnica dentro del sector de la construcción.


• Conocimiento a nivel de usuario de software para preparación de ofertas tipo ARQUIMEDES (Cype), PRESTO, TCQ, ...


• Conocimiento a nivel de usuario de software de PLANIFICACIÓN tipo PROJECT.


• Conocimiento a nivel de usuario de software de diseño y cálculo como AutoCAD, Revit y herramientas BIM.


• Capacidad para analizar y evaluar proyectos técnicos y proponer soluciones eficientes.


• Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para coordinar con equipos internos y clientes.

¿Qué buscamos?

Desde la dirección de Industria buscamos un/a Responsable de Proyecto Industrial en Tarragona, cuya misión será gestionar servicios de Montaje mecánico y limpieza industrial robotizada de intercambiadores de calor, se encargará de coordinar las operaciones, el equipo de trabajo y las acciones comerciales con sus clientes, como máximo responsable de la cuenta de resultados de montaje mecánico y limpieza industrial robotizada

Las funciones principales serán:

• Dirigir la planificación del servicio de para dar una respuesta excelente en todo momento al cliente, organizando los medios y recursos para una ejecución eficiente y proponiendo mejoras a la ejecución diaria para adaptarnos a sus necesidades.
• Realizar la gestión económica del contrato asignado, haciendo seguimiento del presupuesto definido anualmente y proponiendo medidas correctoras para las desviaciones identificadas.
• Dirigir un amplio equipo de trabajo, supervisando la asignación de las tareas y la contratación y formación de nuevas incorporaciones para garantizar que se cuenta con el equipo adecuado para la prestación de los servicios encomendados.
• Impulsar una relación fluida con la Representación Laboral de los Trabajadores para facilitar un marco laboral que permita cumplir la prestación de los servicios de la forma más eficiente.
• Ejercer como socios estratégicos de los clientes, manteniendo una relación fluida con ellos para recoger sus necesidades y garantizar su satisfacción con el servicio prestado.
• Colaborar con áreas transversales de la empresa para el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades comerciales.

Formación

• Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica o similar.

Conocimientos

• Experiencia en gestión de contratos de extracción, desmontaje, limpieza, inserción y montaje mecánico de Intercambiadores de Calor
• Experiencia en paradas de mantenimiento en plantas industriales en dicho servicio de montaje mecánico y limpieza industrial de intercambiadores de Calor

Idiomas

Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo B2).

Experiencia

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años gestionando obras o proyectos industriales
• Experiencia en coordinación con clientes industriales.

Habilidades

• Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos multidisciplinares.

Descripción

• Desarrollar y consolidar acuerdos con concesionarios, corredurías de seguros y agencias de viaje para la dinamización de la venta de seguros de asistencia en carretera.
• Gestionar y dinamizar la red actual.
• Captar nuevos partners.
• Actividad comercial presencial
• Diseñar, negociar y cerrar acuerdos de colaboración adaptados a las necesidades de cada socio o distribuidor.
• Reportar resultados y actividad comercial al responsable de canal

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Experiencia comercial en desarrollo de acuerdos B2B.
• Experiencia de al menos 3 años realizando las funciones anteriormente mencionadas en: Compañía de seguros, sector turismo (agencias de viaje y operadoras de viaje), sector automoción.
• Conocimiento del mercado local y gusto por la actividad comercial.
• Residencia en Tarragona o Lleida
• Posibilidad para realizar actividad comercial presencial con vehículo propio en Tarragona y Lleida.
