We are a small but growing company working with IT contractors and technology companies across Europe. We are currently building our company from scratch and we are looking for a motivated intern / assistant who would like to gain real business experience and learn how a company is build from the inside.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in business, recruitment, LinkedIn outreach, market research and company operations.

We do not expect any previous experience - only motivation, willingness to learn and good attitude.

What will you help with:

• LinkedIn research and outreach
• Building contact and company databases
• Market research (IT companies, fintech, software houses)
• Supporting recruitment processes
• Administrative and organizational tasks
• Preparing simple documents and presentations
• Researching grants and startup programs in Spain
• Supporting company LinkedIn page and marketing activities

What we are looking for:

• Good English and Spanish
• Good communication skills
• Organized and reliable person
• Willingness to learn new things
• Interest in business, technology or recruitment

Internship details:

• Internship / training period: 2 months starting in April
• Approx. 5-10 hours per week
• Remote / Flexible hours
• This is an unpaid internship for the first two months
• From June 2026 we plan to offer a paid contract depending on company growth
