Estamos buscando un o una Director/a Comercial para una empresa del sector de la alimentación ubicada en Murcia, encargado de gestionar el área de influencia desde Valencia hasta Málaga, incluyendo zonas de interior como Granada y Albacete.
¿QUÉ SE OFRECE?
- Contrato indefinido (tras periodo de prueba).
- Salario entre 32.000 y 38.000 euros/brutos anuales + variable en función de la experiencia aportada al puesto.
- Vehículo de empresa.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales orientadas a la apertura de grandes cuentas, principalmente distribuidores, mayoristas, retail alimentario y canal HORECA / foodservice.
- Identificar y captar nuevas cuentas.
- Liderar la captación de clientes clave y aumentar de forma continua las ventas netas de producto Vacuno.
- Negociar condiciones comerciales con responsables de compras.
- Coordinación con los departamentos de producción y logística para garantizar el correcto servicio al cliente.
- Analizar datos de ventas, márgenes y evolución de cuentas, transformando la información en acciones comerciales concretas.
- Reportar de forma semanal a dirección sobre avances, oportunidades y resultados.
- Apoyar a la dirección en la gestión y supervisión parcial del equipo comercial, con posibilidad de asumir mayores responsabilidades a medio plazo.
- Experiencia previa como Director Comercial de 3 a 5 años.
- Conocimientos en gestión comercial, análisis de ventas y seguimiento de KPIs.
- Experiencia en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en el sector cárnico (Vacuno).
- Conocimiento del canal HORECA, distribución tradicional y/o retail alimentario.
- Disponibilidad para viajar en la zona asignada.
- Carnet de conducir.
- Experiencia en el sector alimentación, especialmente en distribución o sector cárnico.
- Inglés.

The role of a Sales Development Representative at Canonical

What your day will look like
- Handle inbound customer inquiries across email, phone and chat
- Execute outbound sales & marketing campaigns
- Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities
- Collaborate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results
- Work directly with marketing on campaigns
- Research information about prospective customers
- Generate a multi-million pound pipeline
- Identify prospects and market trends
- Help define the processes and policies for the team
- Liaise with new and existing customers, setting up and attending meetings whilst actively mapping accounts to identify new opportunities
- Accurately create, update, maintain and nurture leads on global opportunities

Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills.
