FUNCIONES Y TAREAS PRINCIPALES
Reclutamiento y selección de personal
Comunicación con cliente interno, solventando consultas e incidencias relacionadas con nóminas, turnos, horas extras, fichajes, etc.
Formación inicial e introducción nuevos empleados.
Asegurar la comunicación interna por medio de los canales establecidos en la organización.
Apoyo en tareas de desarrollo de personas
Identificar necesidades formativas y gestión de formaciones comunes.
Coordinación con Empresas de Trabajo Temporal.
Control de presencia (Jornadas laborales, ausencias, bajas, horas extra, etc.)
Supervisar los conceptos remunerativos (nóminas, gratificaciones, complementos de puestos, pagas extras, embargos, anticipos, finiquitos, horas extra, etc.)
Desarrollo y mantenimiento de KPIs del área.
Manejo de Navision, gestión de pedidos de compra del departamento.
Generar, difundir y fortalecer la cultura empresarial corporativa.
