Join our exciting and dynamic Girona retail team! You will sell our premium cycling apparel. You must have previous experience. You must have permission to work in Spain and speak English and Spanish. This is a full-time permanent position.

Essential Experience

• Experience selling cycling kit.
• Knowledge about bikes and cycling kit.
• Enjoy socialising with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Computer literate, Must learn our point of sale system.
• Good languages. English conversational minimum. Ideally Spanish and some Catalan although not essential.
• A love and passion for cycling. Aligned with Eat Sleep Cycle values.

Preferred Experience

• Previous sales experience is a benefit
• Applicants already living in Spain are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front line customer service; meet / greet customers, reply to customers on all our channels including emails, answering the phone and responding to WhatsApp and Online chat.
• Sell cycling apparel through your knowledge of the clothing.
• Ensure the apparel shop is beautifully presented, offer customers advice & help.
• Operate the point of sale system, open and close the shop each shift.
• Stay up to date with new arrivals in store.
• Up-sell other Eat Sleep Cycle products and services.

Contract details

• This is a full-time or part-time role
• The role is based in our Cycling Hub in Girona centre
• No travel is required
• Salary is negotiable subject to experience
