Ascell Sensor is a manufacturer of load cells and complete weighing solutions, with a presence in more than 50 countries. To strengthen our export department, we are looking for a junior technical sales professional to support our international customers throughout the entire process, from the first enquiry to after-sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop our existing portfolio of export customers.
• Identify and win new customers and distributors in international markets.
• Provide pre-sales technical support: analyse customer requirements and recommend the most suitable weighing solution.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and follow them through to closing.
• Coordinate with our engineering, production and logistics teams to ensure the success of every project.
• Opportunity to attend trade shows and travel internationally for business.

Requirements

• Technical background: degree in Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training in electronics, automation or a related field.
• Experience will be valued in technical sales, ideally in export markets.
• English: minimum B2, C1 preferred, with official certification (e.g. Cambridge B2 First / C1 Advanced, IELTS, TOEFL).
• Other languages such as Arab or French will be considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to understand customers’ technical needs and turn them into solutions.
• Preferably from the province of Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of industrial weighing, instrumentation or automation.
• Experience working with international distributors.
• Use of ERP systems.
