Como Ingeniero Junior de Pre y Post venta, serás el enlace clave entre las soluciones tecnológicas y las necesidades del partner o cliente final. Serás responsable de presentar, demostrar e integrar soluciones de ciberseguridad (Fortinet, PaloAlto, Proofpoint, Coro Networks) en el ecosistema del cliente, asegurando un alto nivel de comprensión técnica y acompañamiento postventa.

🔹 Presentar y explicar soluciones de ciberseguridad a clientes y partners.
🔹 Brindar soporte técnico a equipos de ventas y product managers.
🔹 Elaborar documentación técnica y presentaciones sobre los productos.
🔹Colaborar con el departamento de Business Development en los aspectos técnicos necesarios.
🔹 Capacitar a partners y clientes en las soluciones ofrecidas.
🔹 Analizar el mercado y la competencia para adaptar la estrategia técnica.
🔹Acompañar el proceso técnico de ventas: POCs, laboratorios, diseño de soluciones y elaboración de presupuestos.
🔹 Soporte postventa: integraciones, formación técnica y capacitaciones a clientes.
🎯 CUALIFICACIONES Y EXPERIENCIA | Acerca de usted
✅ 2+ años de experiencia en roles de preventa, soporte técnico o similares.
✅ Experiencia en negociación con clientes estratégicos y globales. (deseable)
✅ Conocimientos en Cloud, IT y Ciberseguridad.
✅ Experiencia con soluciones como XDR, EDR, Firewalls, Seguridad del Correo Electrónico o WAF.
✅Experiencia interactuando con decisores tecnológicos (CISO, CIO, CTO, etc.).
✅ Inglés fluido (oral y escrito).
✅ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
✅ Capacidad de aprendizaje autónomo y gestión de procesos técnicos complejos.

What You'll Do
As a Business Development & Sales Engineering Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting AudioStack's market expansion across APAC and MENA. This internship is perfect for a business-savvy student with a strong interest in technology, looking to gain hands-on experience in both business development and technical sales engineering.
For this role we are aiming at a start date of Monday 5th May.
Requirements
Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Engineering Support - Learning how to master AudioStack's tools to support technical sales, including using APIs to create client demos.
Market Research & Penetration - Identifying key opportunities and potential partners in APEC and MENA, helping drive strategic market entry.
Technical Demonstrations - Creating interactive demos showcasing AudioStack's capabilities to potential clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies and improve client experience.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building - Assisting in outreach efforts and establishing meaningful relationships with brands and agencies.
What We're Looking For
Business-minded with a technical edge - You have a keen interest in business growth and sales but are also open to learning the technical side (e.g., APIs, software demos).
Tech-savvy or eager to learn - Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms, and excited to explore the capabilities of AudioStack's technology.
Strong communicator & relationship builder - You enjoy networking, engaging with clients, and establishing long-term relationships.
Multilingual is a huge plus! - English fluency is a must, but proficiency in Japanese, Hindi, or Arabic will give you a strong advantage.
Availability to work on-site in Poblenou - This is an in-person role in our Barcelona office.

What I Do
