Are you ready to build from scratch? At Factorial, we are transforming business management. Following the massive success of our HR and Finance platform, we are launching Factorial IT. We are looking for our first Founding Pre-Sales Engineer to help take this product from 0 to €10M ARR.
We aren't looking for a "salesperson who knows IT"; we want a Solutions Architect who wants to get their hands dirty building the technical sales playbook from the ground up.
Your Mission at Factorial IT 🧠- Pre-Sales Engineering & Blueprinting: Own the technical validation of the sales cycle. Lead discovery sessions with CTOs and CISOs to design the implementation Blueprints for Factorial IT (integrating Microsoft and Google ecosystems) before the deal is even closed.
- Intune & UEM Master: Become our technical North Star for Microsoft Intune. You will configure Zero-Touch environments where a new hire can receive their laptop and be fully operational in under 2 minutes.
- Compliance & Security: Translate complex regulatory needs (ISO 27001, GDPR) into real-world technical configurations within our platform.
- SaaS Optimization: Deliver immediate ROI by identifying "Zombie Licenses" and demonstrating how our platform slashes customer SaaS spend by 15-20%.
- Intune Expert (Indispensable): If you don’t know how to configure compliance policies, app deployment, and identity management in Microsoft Intune, this isn't the role for you.
- MDM Warrior: Extensive experience managing mixed fleets (Apple, Windows, Android) and deep knowledge of Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
- Founding Team Mindset: You are energized by the "0 to 1" phase. You don't wait for a manual; you write the manual.
- Bonus Points: Deep expertise in Digital Workplace environments like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (O365).
- Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 OTE (Base + Variable based on experience) + Stock Options (Phantom Shares).

Client Needs Assessment
- Conduct regular discovery meetings to understand the technical and operational requirements of each client.
