We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven individual with a passion for luxury hospitality and international business development.What will you do?Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with luxury hotels, high-end department stores, and premium laundries in Europe.Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, becoming a brand ambassador in each market.Collaborate with senior sales leadership to design and implement tailored sales strategies by region.Deliver brand and product presentations with confidence, highlighting our values and customer-first approach.Attend client meetings, showroom visits, international trade fairs, and hospitality events to expand brand visibility.Coordinate closely with internal teams (logistics, customer service, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience.Maintain accurate sales records, client pipelines, and market insights using CRM tools.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support positioning and pricing decisions.Ensure compliance with export documentation and shipping procedures.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in International Business, Luxury Brand Management, Marketing, or related fields.1–2 years of experience in international sales or business development, ideally in the luxury, textile, or hospitality sectors.Passion for client relationships and business growth.Fluent in English; additional languages such as French or German are a strong asset.Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Availability to travel across Europe (30–40%).What we offerThe opportunity to join a brand with over two centuries of history, now in full international expansion.Exposure to premium B2B sales and the luxury hospitality industry.A collaborative, creative, and design-driven work environment.Hybrid work model (remote and in-office, depending on the role).Competitive compensation package.A long-term project with real opportunities for growth and development.
