Funciones

Tus principales funciones serán:
§ Participar en las mejoras de adaptación de los procesos y/ó lanzamiento de nuevos procesos
Desarrollar los cambios necesarios
Participar en la correcta coordinación de todas las partes implicadas: Servicios B2C, sistemas de información, negocio y regulación.
Verificar que los procesos cumplen con los requerimientos normativos y de negocio definidos
Contribuir a homogeneizar actuaciones entre los/las diversos proveedores/as
Formar a personal interno y externo para la correcta ejecución de los cambios operacionales
Ofrecer apoyo en normativa interna y reglamentación
Transmitir información sobre modificaciones de los servicios y los procesos de negocio
Formación a las áreas implicadas (CAC, BO, Negocio, etc)
§ Ofrecer soporte a tus superiores
Participar en iniciativas de mejora
Colaborar en proyectos de adaptación de procesos
