Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and clients in Spanish across various platforms, providing exceptional support and assistance

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new environments
