Mission statement
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) product vertical. This role is critical to our success, focusing on the discovery, design, and delivery of trading systems where every microsecond counts.
You will be responsible for driving the product strategy for our HFT systems, ensuring sub-millisecond latency and near-perfect uptime, while balancing aggressive performance goals with robust risk management and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will lead a strategic platform for the Surgery business (Endocutters) and a core specialty (Bariatrics) from a marketing perspective. Tu impacto en Clikalia:
Buscamos a un/a Middle Product Designer. En este rol, serás parte de un equipo dinámico y en crecimiento, donde tu trabajo tendrá un impacto directo en la evolución del sector inmobiliario.
Lo que harás:
- Participar en proyectos complejos, coordinándote con los equipos de manera efectiva.
- Garantizar una experiencia de usuario óptima, entendiendo las necesidades de los usuarios y su contexto.
- Crear interfaces y prototipos, realizar pruebas y obtener insights accionables.
- Realizar investigaciones cualitativas y cuantitativas para comprender a los usuarios para generar soluciones eficaces.
- Trabajar con sistemas de diseño. Garantizar su consistencia y escalabilidad sin generar deuda técnica.
- Definir productos, flujos y arquitecturas considerando todos los factores.
- Trabajar en entornos, ágiles, siguiendo la metodología Scrum.
- Colaborar con Product Manager y Engineer Manager para definir casos de uso y requisitos para posteriormente trabajar con Developer en la implementación.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares.
En resumen, el perfil de diseño de producto es un profesional multidisciplinario que combina habilidades técnicas, estratégicas y de liderazgo para crear productos digitales excepcionales. Es un experto en experiencia de usuario, investigación, diseño y tecnología, y juega un papel clave en el éxito de la empresa.
- Experiencia demostrable de al menos 3 años en diseño de productos digitales. Preferiblemente en herramientas de logística, sistemas de gestión integral tipo SAP. ERP.
- Disponer de un portfolio que muestre, a la perfección, la experiencia adquirida en Design Thinking, Usabilidad, UX y UI.
- Alto grado de conocimiento en creación y mantenimiento de sistemas de diseño.
- Prototipar en FIGMA u otras herramientas flujos y funnels. Capaz de orquestar flujos complejos y abiertos.
- Experiencia trabajando en entornos ágiles con gran capacidad de adaptación al cambio.
- Excelentes habilidades blandas, de comunicación y capacitación para trabajar con distintos equipos.
- Experiencia en el sector PorpTech o gran motivación para aprender sobre el mismo.
