En tant que Product Manager, tu intègreras l'équipe Customer Operations pour une durée de 1 an.
Tes Futures Missions
- Analyser les parcours de vente, afin de comprendre les méthodes les plus efficaces
- Gérer au quotidien les parcours de souscriptions utilisés pour conclure des dizaines de milliers de ventes, chaque mois
- Analyser la performance de nos produits et de nos process en collaboration avec les équipes data
- Créer de nouveaux parcours pour déployer nos solutions sur nos différents marchés
- Collaborer avec les équipes Product design et Product Marketing afin de parfaire l’expérience de nos utilisateurs et l’efficacité de nos produits
- Mener des tests utilisateurs et analyser les résultats afin d’offrir la meilleure expérience à nos clients
- Rédiger des users stories pour les développeurs afin d’enrichir les fonctionnalités de nos outils
- Tu as suivi une formation Grande école d’ingénieur ou de commerce
- Curieux(se), tu est prêt(e) à plonger dans les problématiques de la vente d’un contrat
- Doer(euse) : tu n’as pas peur de prendre un sujet à bras le corp et de le traiter en profondeur
- Structuré(e) tu sais t’organiser dans un univers évoluant à toute vitesse avec des problématiques très variées
- Entreprenant(e) : tu n’attends pas que les problèmes viennent à toi et tu cherches sans cesse à identifier de nouvelles opportunités
- Bon(ne) communicant(e) : tu es à l’aise pour parler avec tous tes collègues, et sais communiquer tes découvertes de manière claire et intelligible
- Les sujets techniques ne te font pas peur, même si tu n’as qu’une maîtrise élementaire d’un language (Python, SQL, HTML)
- Tu parles couramment anglais et la maîtrise d'une seconde langue est un gros + (espagnol ou italien)
- Prêt(e) à découvrir les particularités de nombreuses verticales (Énergie, Telco, Assurance) sur les différents marchés que papernest conquiert
- Débrouillard(e), tu n’hésites pas à expérimenter par toi-même des solutions
- Prêt(e) à mettre les mains dans les opérations pour comprendre le quotidien de nos équipes de vente, leurs challenges et trouver des solutions
- A l’aise au croisement des besoins “métier” des conseillers et des contraintes techniques

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

- Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Communicate your product vision, status updates, and key decisions to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
- Conduct usability testing, analyse user feedback, and iterate on the product to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, create product documentation, and provide training.

- Exceptional academic results at high school and university
- Understanding of Linux and the wider open source software community
- Understanding of computer architecture, application development, datacenters, cloud or devices
- Passion to write about technologies and the tech landscape
