This position is open to individuals with an outstanding track record of excellence and growth—whether or not they’ve previously held an engineering-lead role. A few examples of your responsibilities

• Due diligence and post-M&A integration. Oversee financial and tax due diligence for acquisitions and related restructuring activities. Support and lead post-M&A integration, ensuring smooth financial, operational, and reporting alignment.
• Accounting, reporting, and financial planning. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, maintaining precision across all financial records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets, align spending, and achieve financial objectives.
• Investor relations and fundraising support. Help prepare board meetings and minutes. Own financing to support M&A, engaging with banks, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
• Compliance. Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with accounting standards, tax regulations, and fiscal requirements. Establish and enhance internal controls to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency. Facilitate both external and internal audit processes.

Our Technology team is central to our mission—building the systems, products, and infrastructure that power dozens of digital businesses serving millions of users worldwide. As part of our fast-track program for future engineering leads, you’ll join a world-class group of problem-solvers working to create technology of extraordinary quality and scale.

This position is open to individuals with an outstanding track record of excellence and growth—whether or not they’ve previously held an engineering-lead role. After an intensive training period of six to twelve months, if your performance warrants it, you’ll take on a technical leadership role—either as the sole leader or co-leader—of a business unit generating revenue in the tens of millions of dollars at a minimum, with the potential to increase your level of responsibility to the hundreds of millions over time. After that, you’re welcome to work from our offices in Milan or London, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage.
