The Background

We are partnered with a world class IT services provider based in Spain but with a global presence who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them.

As HR Manager you will be involved with day-to-day HR operations including rolling out HR policies and programs whilst ensuring their compliance with legal regulations, implementing the people strategy, business partnering with managers and payroll. As well as the operational duties you will work on larger HR projects such as annual engagement surveys and the implementation of new HR tools.

The client offers an excellent benefits package that includes health insurance, professional development budget and corporate pension contribution amongst other things. Please note that due to working with clients globally, this role does require someone to be a fluent communicator in both Spanish and English.

Tus Funciones

• Tu misión será liderar íntegramente los procesos de selección. Para ello, trabajarás en lo siguiente:
• Diseñar, redactar y publicar las ofertas de trabajo en todos los canales interesantes.
• Liderar todo el proceso de selección interno que llevamos: desde la publicación, pasando por las entrevistas de selección por competencias, hasta el reporting de entrevistas finales y asesoramiento a los hiring managers.
• Realizar las ofertas a candidatos y cierre de las incorporaciones.
• Realizar los Onboardings de tus candidatos/as seleccionados/as.
  
  

Requisitos

Requisitos Mínimos

• Persona graduada/licenciada en Psicología, Pedagogía, ADE, Relaciones laborales o similar.
• Valorable Máster en RRHH.
• Experiencia de al menos 2 años liderando procesos de selección. Puede ser en consultoría o en empresa final, muy valorable si ha sido una start-up.
• Orientación a resultados y al logro.
• Alta capacidad de comunicación, convencimiento y capacidad de negociación.

• A proven track record of at least 1 year in a Similar role in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, based on the requirements of the hotel.
• A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera, OpenTable, ResDiary, or similar.
• Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a Cherry-Perfect Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
• A Proactive Nature and Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
