FUNCIONES Y TAREAS

• Análisis y Estrategia Financiera: Evaluar la salud financiera de las empresas y diseñar planes estratégicos para su crecimiento y rentabilidad.
• Fusiones y Adquisiciones (M&A) y Reestructuración Financiera: Asesorar en procesos de compra, venta o fusión de empresas, así como en optimización de estructuras financieras.
• Optimización de Procesos y Recursos: Identificar áreas de mejora en la gestión empresarial y proponer soluciones para aumentar la eficiencia y competitividad.
• Gestión de Inversiones y Riesgos: Diseñar estrategias de inversión y mitigar riesgos financieros, asegurando el crecimiento sostenible de las empresas clientes.
  
  

• Graduad@ en ADE, Derecho o Economía.
• Inglés B2 o superior.
• Contar con al menos 2 años de experiencia en auditoría de cuentas, consultoría empresarial y controlling económico-financiero.
• Nivel avanzado de Excel y nivel medio PowerBI.
• Conocimientos en ERPs y aplicaciones de gestión empresarial.
• Se valorará de manera positiva una formación de posgrado, especialmente en áreas empresariales o de data analytics.
  
  

• Horario de L-J de 09:00-14:30 y 15:30-18:30, y V de 08:00 a 15:00.

Location: Malaga, Spain (Hybrid 3 days a week to office)

Job Description:
• Execute user tests and report the results (UAT).
• Translate business requirements into Jira user stories using the correct acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
• Propose technological and operational solutions that add value to the business.
• Support Business Management change. Generate documentation on the product´s Operating Model.
• Become an expert in the Receivables product and its operational management.
• Ensure compliance with the dates of the deliverables and their economic execution.
• Effective communication with stakeholders, Operations, Business, technology teams, and team leaders.
• Excellent capabilities to manage complex and changing environments.
• Interpersonal solid & intercultural and communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player.
• Self-organized work attitude and excellent time-management skills

Summary
As part of the GTB TWC for the Receivables product at CIB, you will participate in the functional definition of an in-house platform for the Receivables product. You will work in an agile environment, executing the link between the development team and the different product stakeholders, helping to translate business requirements and follow them in Jiras, and executing user acceptance testing (UAT).
