Key Responsibilities
- Greets guests upon arrival with a warm welcome, ensuring they feel acknowledged and valued.
- Leads and coordinates front-of-house operations, maintaining a high standard of service across all guest touchpoints.
- Assists guests in finding suitable seating arrangements based on preferences and availability.
- Manages waitlists during peak times and provides accurate wait time estimates while ensuring guests remain comfortable.
- Proactively acknowledges and remembers guest preferences, maintaining accurate records to support personalised service.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of The Pacha Group’s venues, menus, events, and offerings, enabling effective guest assistance.
- Processes billing and payments efficiently while following internal control procedures.
- Supports seamless day-to-day operations by contributing to service consistency and overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborates with fellow Tribe Members to maximise guest satisfaction, offering prompt and helpful responses to enquiries.

- A proven track record in a luxury hotel or resort environment in a hostess assistant role, delivering consistent guest experiences.
- A welcoming and enthusiastic energy that sets the tone for a sensational guest experience.
- Maintains a well-groomed appearance at all times, aligned with The Pacha Group’s grooming standards.
- Utilises language skilfully, conveying ideas professionally and persuasively, giving context and providing accurate information at all times.
- Demonstrates a deep awareness of the hospitality and entertainment industries, and The Pacha Group’s position as a cultural icon.
- A proactive approach and attention to detail, ensuring operational standards are maintained.
- A collaborative team player with an interest in coaching and developing others.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with the rhythm of Destino Five Ibiza.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Spanish is an advantage but not essential.
- Must hold the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
- Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.

Misión del puesto: Asegura la rentabilidad del Área de alimentos y bebidas en el hotel, a través de la planificación y ejecución de las estrategias de producto, servicio y gestión de los equipos humanos en cocina y puntos de venta de alimentos y bebidas.
¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
- Implantar la metodología de F&B de la compañía: productos, pedidos, estándares de servicio y SOP’s.
- Asegurar la consistencia en el servicio y la máxima calidad operacional.
- Garantizar que todos los equipos conocen y aplican los procedimientos en cada outlet.
- Controlar el APPCC y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas.
- Implantar estándares y planes de acción derivados de auditorías o nuevas metodologías.
- Supervisar la presentación y el servicio según los estándares establecidos.
- Controlar y dar seguimiento a la P&L y al presupuesto operativo (CO).
- Elaborar el presupuesto anual de F&B (coste de materia prima, personal y pedidos).
- Realizar seguimiento diario de costes e ingresos.
- Controlar KPI’s clave: coste de materia prima, productividad, ratios por outlet, seguimiento de pedidos.
- Analizar ratios de coste/ingreso por servicios: desayunos, comida/cena, room service y eventos.
- Gestionar la rentabilidad del área: control de ingresos, gastos e inventarios.
- Verificar imputación de costes mediante USALI.
- Realizar y supervisar los pedidos, asegurando previsión adecuada.
- Controlar los productos en COUPA y otras herramientas corporativas.
- Asegurar el uso correcto de software y herramientas de F&B.
- Coordinar con cocina, sala, comercial y recepción para la planificación de eventos.
- Participar en reuniones de OS para asegurar ejecución en tiempo y forma.
- Revisar la operativa de eventos realizados, detectar mejoras y corregir desviaciones.
- Adaptar la oferta de bebidas y el servicio según los requerimientos de los clientes para maximizar resultados.
- Controlar y gestionar plantillas en función de la ocupación.
- Hacer seguimiento de KPI’s de personal: productividad, ratios por outlet, costes.
- Asegurar que los equipos disponen de calendarios laborales correctos (para RLT).
- Participar en reuniones de dirección y operaciones para presentar resultados actualizados.
- Colaborar con Comercial en la estrategia de precios y oferta para eventos, reuniones y congresos.
- Revisar comentarios en RRSS, ReviewPro y generar planes de acción.
- Implantar proyectos, programas y herramientas alineados con la nueva estrategia de F&B de la compañía.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año como Restaurant Manager o dirigiendo equipos Conocimientos del área de cocina.
- Conocimientos de REVO, y manejo de TPV.
- Manejo avanzado del paquete Office.
- Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, orientación al servicio, Calidad y profesionalidad, visión global y estratégica y comunicación e influencia como competencias clave.
