• Work by the employee guidelines

• Create memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring the warmest welcome

and demonstrating high levels of customer service.

• Provide extensive knowledge of the hotel services and facilities and the

surrounding area.

• Perform check-in and checkout tasks on time per the hotel’s standards.

• Maximize revenue opportunities through upselling.

• Handle the reception’s email inbox.

• Use the correct procedures regarding credit card usage and cash handling, following the hotel’s credit policy.

• Possess the ability to work in a team environment and communicate efficiently

with all hotel departments.

• Manage guest bookings, reservations, and room allocations.

Job Responsibilities

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Conocer detalladamente los productos de Benefit para asesorar en las ventas.
• Alcanzar los objetivos del punto de venta.
• Realizar nuestros servicios de cejas y depilación facial.
• Controlar el stock del Brow Bar con maestría para asegurar que nunca falte magia.
• Transmitir y contagiar la pasión por la marca a cada cliente.
• Mantener el Brow Bar tan glamuroso como tú, siguiendo las directrices del equipo de Marketing (lineales, merchandising, PLV).
• Cultivar una relación maravillosa con el equipo y la Dirección de la tienda.
• Llevar un seguimiento de las novedades del sector y de nuestra competencia (acciones especiales y lanzamientos) para ser una auténtica beauty addict.
  
  

Profile

BUSCAMOS TALENTOS CON: Formación en Estética/Maquillaje/Imagen Personal. Experiencia mínima de un año en ventas de cosméticos o perfumería, y si has realizado depilación de cejas con cera, ¡mejor! Deseable inglés a nivel medio. Disponibilidad para jornada parcial de 20h/s de mayo a septiembre.
