EL PUESTO

Buscamos entusiastas de los viajes con pasión por el servicio al cliente para nuestra base en Alicante. Serás la cara visible de nuestra empresa, reportando directamente al Branch y Regional Operations Manager, con el objetivo de garantizar un nivel excepcional de atención al cliente, mantener nuestra flota de autocaravanas en óptimas condiciones y asumir la responsabilidad de todas las tareas necesarias para asegurar el buen funcionamiento del depot.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES?

• Gestionar las reservas entrantes, dar la bienvenida a los clientes y encargarse de los check-ins y check-outs;
• Cuidar de la flota, la logística y asegurarse de que nuestras campervans se mantienen en óptimas condiciones supervisando las necesidades de mantenimiento y reparación;
• Ayudar en la formación, supervisión y acompañamiento del equipo;
• Controlar la actividad de reservas, gestionar el stock, los proveedores locales y los servicios de limpieza;
• Gestionar reclamaciones, emergencias y cualquier incidencia local que pueda surgir para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones;
• Preparar y limpiar nuestras campervans;
• Colaborar en la reventa de campervans, preparándolas y mostrándolas a posibles compradores.
  
  

• Te apasionan los viajes y tienes facilidad para el trato directo con clientes; se valorará experiencia en Turismo, Hostelería, Retail o Rent-a-car.
• Hablas inglés y español con fluidez (obligatorio);
• Tienes permiso de trabajo en España, carnet de conducir en vigor y te sientes con confianza para conducir una campervan (requisito obligatorio).
• Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y festivos nacionales.
• Eres una persona responsable, te tomas tu trabajo en serio y se puede confiar en ti.
• Eres una persona organizada y con buenas capacidades para resolver problemas.

THE ROLE

We're looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Alicante. You'll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Branch and Regional Operations Manager, with the goal of ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs;
• Taking care of the fleet, logistics, and making sure our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repairing need;
• Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team;
• Booking activities control, manage stock, local suppliers and cleaning services;
• Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to make sure operations run smoothly;
• Preparing and cleaning our campervans;
• Assisting in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.
  
  

• You are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car being desirable;
• You're fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory);
• You're eligible to work in Spain, have a valid driver's licence and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);
• You're available to work weekends and national holidays;
• You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
• You're well-organised and you're good at solving problems.

• Control the depot's layout and organisation;
