Our client is responsible for the engines design, development, manufacturing and support to power one of the most advance military transport air planes in the Defence and Space industry. Prime responsibilities:

• Lead the development & implementation of engine design changes in the agreed Programme timeframe.

• Ensure delivery (embodiement) of the change in agreed timeframe.
• Use Project Management tools and Programme management competences to drive the change through its different gates.
• Maintain integrated planning and action plan, identify main contacts, hold regular meetings and issue status reports, propose and evaluate possible ways forward, actively drive the resolution of roadblocks.
• Ensure the Change is well prepared before presentation to the Change Control Committee.
• Interface with Parent Companies and Customer throughout the Change process.
• Establish and maintain the KPI for the project under his responsibility. Provide regular visibility on progress, roadblocks, risks&opportunities and make use of escalation process when necessary.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Experience in Programme Management.
• Solid experience in and good understanding of aircraft engine architecture and propulsion systems.
• Fluency in English.
• Capacity to manage projects with limited guidelines and assistance.
• Focus on providing solutions and customer oriented.
