En este caso, desde Manpower Talent Solutions buscamos un/a Jefe de Proyectos de Carreteras para ser contratado/a directamente por uno de nuestros clientes, una importante empresa especializada en Ingeniería y Arquitectura de proyectos de Infraestructuras, Urbanismo y Medio Ambiente. El lugar de trabajo serán sus oficinas de San Fernando de Henares y la modalidad será híbrida, con 2 días presenciales y 3 de teletrabajo.

Cuáles serán tus funciones ✅

• Dirección y supervisión de proyectos de carreteras, desde la fase de diseño hasta la entrega final.
• Gestión de ofertas técnicas y económicas (Bid Manager) para licitaciones nacionales e internacionales.
• Coordinación con clientes y organismos, garantizando una comunicación fluida y eficaz.
• Control de contratos, planificación y seguimiento de hitos del proyecto.
• Liderazgo de equipos técnicos y coordinación con otras áreas (estructuras, geotecnia, trazado, medio ambiente).

Qué perfil buscamos 🎯

• Formación: Máster en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos.
• Experiencia de 20 años en redacción y gestión de proyectos de carreteras.
• Experiencia en dirección de grandes proyectos y relación con clientes nacionales e internacionales.
• Inglés nivel avanzado.
• VALORABLE: Gestión de contratos y Project Management (máster o cursos específicos); BIM y software de trazado; Experiencia en proyectos ferroviarios.

We are looking for a Space Project Manager with experience in leading complex systems projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to join projects focused on delivering space-related projects.

💡 What will you do?

• Maintain integrated project planning, milestones, dependencies, and priorities.
• Manage project costs, risks, changes, contracts, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Support customer engagement and supplier coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading complex systems projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, and suppliers.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or SAFe.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Space segment or other critical systems.
• English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken.
