Within our Support Ships organisation, the Fleet Solid Support (FSS) project is leading the charge in delivering three state-of-the-art ships, with construction set to begin at the end of 2025. The build strategy is for the aft section of each ship (including machinery spaces accommodation areas and the bridge) to be built in Spain, with full assembling and commissioning in Belfast. These ships will play a vital role in supporting the Royal Navy’s global operations, and we need your expertise to help bring them to life.
As a Constructive Engineering Lead, you are a leading member of our shipyard oversight, assurance, and acceptance team. Your team will ensure that the aft sections of the FSS ships being constructed at the Navantia Puerto Real shipyard in Spain meet the highest standards of quality, design, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will apply your technical and leadership experience to oversee and ensure that construction of the ship’s build meet contract specifications, design standards, and operational requirements. You will build strong, collaborative relationships with contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders, fostering a spirit of cooperation and shared success. What You’ll Be Doing
- V&V - Manage the portfolio test, verification, validation, and evaluation process.

To be successful with your application, you'll need to show that you meet the following essential criteria:
- Hold Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Chartered Marine Engineer (CMarEng) status with the Engineering Council.

La misión del equipo de Service Line es el soporte transversal a toda el área de Riesgos CPC. Entre las funciones del área se encuentra:
- Gestión y seguimiento de los modelos de Riesgo de crédito para CPC y sus participadas.
- Impulsar el desarrollo de los proyectos de Transformación e Innovación en Riesgos, así como el uso de nuevas metodologías de trabajo, foco en digitalización, analítica avanzada y nuevas capacidades de gestión del Riesgo.
- Data y reporting regulatorio: asegurar el uso de la BBDD Corporativa como fuente única de datos de Riesgos, definición de los controles de calidad, asegurar reporting en tiempo y forma.
- Control y gestión presupuestaria del área de Riesgos CPC, así como gestión de la demanda de proyectos de negocio, normativos y transversales.
- Gestión, Priorización y Coordinación en la demanda de Proyectos, trabajando desde la planificación y el desarrollo al seguimiento, control de la implantación y entrega al área interesada, asegurando que los proyectos cumplen con los objetivos identificados.
- Gobierno de la Información y Calidad del Dato: Supervisión de la calidad de los datos de riesgos, incluyendo su identificación, definición y validación.
- Reporting Regulatorio y no normativo: Mantenimiento de SLAs de entrega, calidad de la información y comunicación constante con todas las partes interesadas, incluido el regulador, así como la generación de informes internos según la demanda.
- Control y gestión presupuestaria del área de Riesgos CPC, cost governance y relación con proveedores para asegurar la calidad de la gestión.
- Contribuir a la implementación de los proyectos estratégicos definidos por la compañía dentro de su plan de transformación.
- Analizar y realizar pruebas con la diferente información para obtener sinergias u oportunidades de nuevos proyectos de información.
- Realizar seguimiento a los diferentes reportes y obtener mejoras de calidad y rendimiento.
- Gestión, organización y seguimiento de los diferentes proyectos del departamento.
- Apoyar la coordinación con los equipos corporativos del Grupo CABK para la búsqueda de nuevos modelos de trabajo, negocio o soluciones aplicables a Riesgos.
- En Gobierno de la información y calidad ser el responsable de la información del departamento de Riesgos, haciendo seguimiento de la calidad y coordinando con los diferentes equipos, manteniendo el repositorio informacional de Riesgos.
- Hacer seguimiento de los cambios normativos y detectar las posibles afectaciones al departamento.
- Gestión, organización y seguimiento del área de Control y gestión presupuestaria.
- Formación preferible: Ingenierías, Matemáticas, Física, ADE
- Facilidad para entablar relaciones transversales que agilicen la realización de proyectos. Entendimiento del negocio financiero y de consumo.
- Experiencia en consultoría estratégica o departamentos internos de reporting, explotación de la información y en la gestión de proyectos
- Experiencia técnica en explotación, análisis y visualización de información. (sql, phyton, qsense, …)
- Alta capacidad analítica y visión “out of the box” para detectar oportunidades.
- Muy buena comunicación oral y escrita. Capacidad de sintetizar información para extraer y comunicar las oportunidades creadas.
- Conocimiento de las estructuras internas de una compañía para la realización de proyectos
- Alto nivel de inglés escrito y hablado que permita gestionar partners internacionales.
- Se valorará experiencia con metodologías agile (Scrum, Kanban, M3.0, OKRs,…) y capacidad para su uso en los proyectos que se lleven a cabo en la compañía. Así como conocimientos sobre el Cloud y explotación de datos en este entorno.

Funciones principales:
- Gestionar la plataforma Salesforce para el análisis de datos para generar insights estratégicos.
- Asegurar la calidad y precisión de los datos en los distintos módulos de Salesforce.
- Crear y mantener informes y dashboards personalizados en Salesforce. Presentación de datos para facilitar la toma de decisiones comerciales.
- Automatizar reportes para mejorar la eficiencia del análisis de datos y automatizar flujos de trabajo y procesos mediante herramientas nativas (Flow, Process Builder) o personalizadas (Apex, Lightning).

Job Description
NielsenIQ’s Innovation Team is growing our AI capabilities and is now looking to hire an AI/ML Data Scientist in . for the Core Models team, a multidisciplinary team of researchers working on different areas of AI such as recommender systems, extreme classifiers, Large Language Models (LLMs), among others. As part of this team, you will stay up to date with the latest research in AI (with special focus on NLP, but also on Computer Vision and other AI related fields), implement current state-of-the-art algorithms in real-world and large-scale challenging problems as well as proposing novel ideas.
Your main focus will be creating high-quality datasets for training and fine-tuning Custom Models for the company, LLMs and Recommender Systems, and training them to analyze the impact of the different versions of the data on model’s performance. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and strategies to support all stages of the R&D process, e.g., fine-tuning or alignment through reinforcement learning. The results of the word will be critical to ensure the robustness, safety, and alignment of our AI models. You will also have the opportunity to produce scientific content such as patents or conference/journal papers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate, develop, and apply data pipelines with minimal technical supervision, always ensuring a combination of simplicity, scalability, reproducibility and maintainability within the ML solutions and source code.
- Train Deep Learning models (Transformer models) and analyze the impact of different versions of the data.
- Perform feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the most appropriate solution.
- Drive innovation and proactively contribute to our work on custom Large Language Models.
- Be able to communicate results to tech and non-tech audiences.
- To work as a member of a team, encouraging team building, motivation and cultivating effective team relations.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:

- PhD in science (NLP/Data Science is preferred) and specialized courses in one of the above-mentioned fields.
