Have you been working in systems integration for several years and want to take it to the next level? Would you like to be part of a project in the space sector? You will become part of the V&V team at the Galileo control centre, the benchmark project in the European space sector.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In this team you will learn all the elements that make up the control center, and you will perform tasks of integration, verification and validation of the same, including for example:

• Coordination of tasks of small teams (based on profile and preferences)
• Installation of the complete control center SW
• Preparation of test environments, including continuous integration
• Test automation
• Test preparation, execution and reporting
• Development of test tools and configuration management
• Possibility of travel (to Germany / Italy) both to install and to execute tests
  
  

• Virtualization/containers, such as vsphere, docker or kubernetes
• Requirements and/or test management, such as DOORS, qTest, test link or test rail
• Incident/ticket management, such as Jira, Bugzilla or Redmine
• Source code management, such as Git or SVN
• Scripting/automation: such as python or ansible

WHAT CHALLENGE ARE YOU GOING TO FACE?

In our incredible and amazing crew you will support the ✔️ Galileo validation team, where you will learn all the elements that make up a control center and you will perform tasks such as tests with 🛰️ satellite control center 🚀 network equipment.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for engineering profiles with an interest in the world of testing. We will also value previous experience and knowledge in:

🐧 Linux operating system

🌐 LAN/WAN networks (switches, firewalls, VPNs)

📊 Participation in test campaigns: planning, preparation, execution, reports.

We will value knowledge or interest in:

📋 Management of requirements and/or tests, such as DOORS, qTest, test link or test rail -

🎫 Incident/ticket management, such as Jira, Bugzilla or Redmine -

💻 Scripting, such as bash or python.

📡 Communications protocols in networks, applications to measure performance and network bottlenecks.
