Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the services and products delivered to the customers meet the requirements,
- Ensure space standards, applicable rules and internal Quality requirements, for SW/HW Projects, and act as a point of contact for the quality authority designated by the customer.
- Analyze the customer’s Quality requirements, define and set up the Quality plans in the project phase, and ensure the plan contains all the measures necessary to fulfill the standards and reference system.
- Follow TAS Quality Management System (QMS) rules Chorus 2 for all processes as well as tools and methodologies within TAS in Spain.
- Comply with Quality Plan, schedule, budgets and specifications for all appointed projects and tasks.
- Manage and contribute to project reviews (KO, EQSR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, TRB, DRB), ensuring that they are carried out according to a consistent and coherent documentation.
- Support to technical departments during SW or HW design reviews by means of Validation Plan, DDQS process activities, checklists or BDREX inputs.
- Coordinate and control all product quality activities within the framework of the projects (RAMS, M&P, EEE Parts, Reliability, FMECA, etc.).
- Document and manage Changes and Deviations of projects (RFDs, NCRs and RFWs).
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of Non Conformance Review Boards (NRB) in case of deviations or non-compliance with any product specification.
- Identify and propose mitigation actions for the critical points of the projects. Support the product inspection activities (MIPs).
- Prepare the COC, as well as prepare and review the EIDP documentation, certifying that the quality of the delivered product is in accordance with the requirements and applicable quality standards.
- Guarantee and control that the quality requirements of the subcontractors are in line with the general requirements of the projects.
- Supply data from audits, returns and customer complaints in order to ensure follow-up and reporting for risk prevention.
- Degree in Physical Sciences, Electronics, Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Minimum Professional experience: 3 years.
- English (customer interface). French/Italian would be a plus.
- Knowledge on Quality standards for SW and HW projects as well as QMS applicable documents for PA/QA activities will be taken into account.
- External and Internal communication ability.

We would like to get onboard the Head of Sales& Bid, International BA. Will lead commercial project team members for the completion of all commercial/financial related tasks for the sales & bid preparation of our projects.
Area of responsibility:
- Responsible for the timely preparation of competitive, complex bids in cooperation with the specialist departments and the responsible regional companies.
- You will drive costing, pricing and cashflows planning is an essential success factor you will take of in alignment with the opportunity / bid core team and in accordance with company regulations in terms of legal, commercial, tax, business model and finance.
- For this purpose, you will lead you the analysis of the tender documents, create bid strategies, and control the process from contract negotiations to conclusion, while adhering to the bid cost budget.
- You will drive the winning strategy and the associated tactics as part of a cross-borders team, including preparing competitive pricing calculations and setting up an appropriate risk management approach.
- In several instances you will also liaise with the customer on commercial related matters together with the technical sales director i.e., you conduct customer meetings and negotiations in various phases of contract initiation.
- Further, business administration reporting based on company regulations and legal requirements as well as business administration tasks such as guarantees, insurance, shipping instructions, invoices, etc. will form part put your responsibility.
- You will have a key role in the Sales & Bid area supporting the technical sales manager in all commercial and legal matters to define the correct costing, the winning price strategy and to ensure cashflows.
- You will support in preparation of complex bids or tenders for project business.
- You will push digitalization initiatives and robotics to support the development of our financial back-office solutions and systems.
- You will lead, empower and motivate the team within your responsibility and make people development an absolute priority.

- Analyzing, assessing, commenting, and negotiating complex international tenders and contracts.

- Complying with tax provisions, provisions under commercial law and in-house business administration provisions.
Experience in commercial project management and commercial aspects related to sales phase is a strong advantage preferably in Siemens’ group. You also have a proven understanding of business processes.
You have a very good command of Spanish and English.

- Controles de acondicionado en proceso
- Revisiones de acondicionado final según norma ANSI/ASQ Z1.4
Requisitos:
- CFGM rama química o similar.
- Experiencia mínima de 6 meses como operario en sector farmacéutico
- Conocimientos informáticos a nivel usuario.
