Funciones:
Atender al usuario, en el propio domicilio o entorno, siguiendo las pautas de actuación y cuidados indicados por el personal de Coordinación de Gestión del SAD en consonancia con los criterios establecidos en el Programa de Atención Individualizada de las personas usuarias.

- Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería o título equivalente / Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Atención a Personas en Situación de Dependencia (o título equivalente: Técnico en Atención Sociosanitaria) / Certificado de Profesionalidad de Atención Sociosanitaria a Personas Dependientes en Instituciones Sociales.
- Experiencia previa en roles de supervisión o coordinación en servicios de ayuda a domicilio.
- Conocimiento programa de gestión ResiPlús
- Con vocación 100% en el sector de cuidados a las personas.
- Valorable un año de experiencia en puesto similar.
- Con perfecto dominio de las lenguas vehiculares y con la documentación en vigor (DNI/NIE, número de afiliación a la seguridad social y domiciliación bancaria.).
- Supervisar el trabajo realizado por las personas bajo su cargo: planificación actividad, visitas, reuniones, etc.
- Supervisar el desempeño del personal y asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad.
- Resolver conflictos y gestionar incidencias que puedan surgir durante la prestación del servicio.
- Mantener una comunicación continua con las personas usuarias y sus familias para asegurar que se aborden sus necesidades y preocupaciones.
- Realizar informes técnicos que detallen el desarrollo de un determinado servicio, así como la valoración de éste, siempre que el Ayuntamiento lo precise.
- Implementar mejoras continúas basadas en la retroalimentación de las personas usuarias y personal.
